空间布局

本案是一套面积 220㎡的精装房，原有装修很常规。设计师与屋主经过充分沟通，双方决定拆除原有精装，恢复毛坯状态，进行重新设计装修。布局方面，我们首先将阳台封闭，并入了客厅，扩大了客厅面积；其次将一个次卧与主卧合并，改为衣帽间。其他两个次卧做了一些小调整，成为儿童房与客房。

This case involves a 220㎡ fully furnished apartment. The original decoration was quite conventional. After thorough communication between the designer and the homeowner, they both decided to remove the existing interior design and restore it to its bare condition for a complete redesign and renovation.

In terms of layout, we first enclosed the balcony and incorporated it into the living room to make the space bigger. Then, we merged one of the smaller bedrooms with the master bedroom to turn it into a walk-in closet. The other two smaller bedrooms underwent some minor tweaks, transforming into a children’s room and a guest room.

门厅

入户门厅连接客厅与餐厅，保持简约装饰与统一色调，营造自然流畅的空间过渡。

The entryway connects the living room and dining room, keeping a simple decoration and uniform color scheme to create a natural and seamless flow between the spaces.

客厅

客厅将米色作为主色调，并辅以浅色布艺沙发搭配石材及不锈钢家具，营造出明亮通透的空间感。

采用无主灯设计，选择数个小型嵌入式灯具，搭配落地灯，形成多层次的照明效果，令整个客厅显得更加温馨和有趣。

The living room uses beige as the main color, complemented by a light-colored fabric sofa along with stone and stainless steel furniture, creating a bright and airy space. It features a no-main-light design, with several small recessed lights and a floor lamp that create a multi-layered lighting effect, making the entire living room feel warmer and more inviting.

将阳台并入客厅，扩大客厅的面积。中间的梁结合吊顶做了弧形处理。电视墙同样采用弧形造型，延伸至阳台一端设有壁龛，用于摆放书籍和装饰品。

Integrate the balcony into the living room to enlarge the living room area. The beam in the middle is combined with the ceiling to create a curved design. The TV wall also adopts a curved shape that extends to one end of the balcony, where a niche is set for placing books and decorations.

弧形背景墙采用仿洞石漆，营造出自然石材的质感。墙面艺术漆则以其独特的纹理和持久的美感，增加了整体空间的层次感和艺术氛围。

The curved feature wall is finished with faux travertine paint, creating the texture of natural stone. The wall’s artistic paint, with its unique texture and lasting beauty, enhances the overall space’s depth and artistic ambiance.

窗边舒适的一角，放一把休闲椅，搭配柔软的毯子和生机盎然的绿植，让人可以在阳光下放松阅读休息，享受片刻的宁静与悠闲。

In a cozy corner by the window, a lounge chair is paired with a soft blanket and vibrant green plants. This inviting setup allows one to relax and read in the sunlight, enjoying a moment of tranquility and leisure.

餐厅及厨房

将中厨打开，并在餐厅靠窗部分增设一排柜体，打造出西厨区域，从而大幅增加了整体厨房的操作台面。

Open up the Chinesekitchen and add a row of cabinets along the window side of the dining area to create a western kitchen, significantly increasing the overall counter space.

走廊较长，连接两个卧室和餐厅。为了打破单调感，我们延续了弧形设计，并在走廊尽头设置了一个拱形壁龛，不仅起到装饰作用，还可嵌入灯带，提供柔和的氛围照明。

The long corridor connects two bedrooms and the dining area. To avoid monotony, we continued the curved design and added an arched niche at the end of the corridor. This not only serves as a decorative element but also accommodates LED strips to provide ambient lighting.

主卧延续了干净的米色调，搭配温暖的绒面和木质元素。灯光设计则巧妙结合了筒灯、壁灯和台灯，层次丰富且柔和。

The master bedroom continues with a clean beige color scheme, complemented by warm velvet and wooden elements. The lighting design cleverly combines recessed lights, wall sconces, and table lamps, creating a rich and soft layered effect.

空间内还增添了精致的装饰元素，如艺术画作和小型绿植，进一步提升了整体的美感和舒适度。

The space is further enhanced with refined decorative elements, such as artwork and small potted plants, which elevate the overall aesthetic and comfort.

主卫

主卫设计简洁明了，没有过多的装饰。壁灯和吊灯的光线营造出柔和的氛围，使得空间更加舒适。当人进入这个空间时，可以完全放松下来。

The master bathroom features a clean and minimalist design with minimal decoration. The lighting from the wall sconces and pendant lights creates a soft atmosphere, making the space more comfortable and inviting. Upon entering, one can fully relax and unwind.
