A COFFEE 设计丨中国淮安丨辰夏空间规划

场地位于金地写字楼（Jindi Office Building）的 1 号楼。该地目前处于办公状态，所以甲方希望可以在一楼大厅位置来做自己的 COFFEE 来服务写字楼客户，于 2024 年经由物业批准后的“A COFFEE”将向写字楼开放。

A COFFEE 是一个快销咖啡零售空间。向公共广场和社区开放，成为写字楼白领日常的聚集地。这里出售咖啡及小部分甜品以满足客户的不同需求。

A COFFEE is a fast-moving coffee retail space. Open to public squares and communities, becoming a gathering place for white-collar workers in office buildings on a daily basis. We sell coffee and a small portion of desserts here to meet the different needs of our customers.

空间不大，所以在设计上我们用红色的夯土艺术漆来给到大块面的展示，这样使空间看起来更加的利索干净。即使再小的空间我们在设计上也巧妙的结合了户外休闲等待卡座，以满足客户的体验感，结合金属脚手架的表皮，让人耳目一新的同时，也给沉闷的写字楼大厅带来了一丝趣味性。

The space is not large, so in the design, we use red rammed earth art paint to showcase large areas, making the space look more streamlined and clean. Even in the smallest spaces, we cleverly incorporated outdoor leisure waiting booths in our design to meet the customer’s experience. Combined with the metal scaffolding surface, it not only brings a refreshing touch but also adds a touch of fun to the dull office lobby.

整个空间以金属脚手架做为表皮，增加空间艺术化展示的同时，也不占用场地，既有功能的赋予，也带来了地域性的差异化。既是开放式空间，也有区域感的保留，这是此设计的核心要素。

The entire space is covered with metal scaffolding as the surface, increasing the artistic display of the space while not occupying the site. This not only endows the space with functionality but also brings regional differentiation. The core element of this design is the preservation of both an open space and a sense of region.
