Iturbide Studio

In 2018, architect Mauricio Rocha invited me to visit Estudio Iturbide during its construction phase. This space was designed and created to be inhabited by a pioneering woman in photography in Mexico: Graciela Iturbide.

The powerful atmosphere of this space comes to life thanks to its materiality and the play of light and shadow created by the meticulously arranged brick walls and the almost monolithic heights.
