-PROJECT DEFINATION:

The idea of executing this project came based on the Egypt 2030 plan to exploit and develop the Golden Triangle region of Upper Egypt, due to the natural and tourism potentials that this region contains. It is an area rich in mineral and quarry resources, as well as industrial and agricultural components. It is a triangle-shaped area in the Egyptian eastern desert. The corners of this triangle are (Qena- Safaga-Quseir).

Our project is directed towards developing nature tourism in the region and raising awareness about preserving it and achieving the principle of sustainability.

Where the project includes a group of geological and ecological museums, and each of them includes research and conference halls, as well as centers for students and graduates to carry out scientific studies, clinics and exhibitions.

-The project aims :

1-Interest in prospecting for mineral resources in the Golden Triangle.2-Designing a geological research center that provides the necessary information from land exploration.3-Raising the level of scientific documentation in the country.4-Identify the suitability of the Golden Triangle area for sustainable tourism development.5-Evaluation and highlighting the importance of tourism resources in Qena and Safaga6-Highlighting the most important tourism patterns that can be practiced in the Golden Triangle area.7-Shedding light on the geographical distribution of mangrove forests in the study area.8-Highlighting the environmental and economic importance of mangrove forests in the study area. Within a plan aimed at exploiting these resources in the best way.

The Golden Triangle project is located in the Eastern Desert on an area of more than 2.2 million acres between Qena, Safaga and El Quseir.

The village of Umm Al-Huwaitat is located in the south of the Red Sea Governorate, approximately thirty kilometers southwest of Safaga

The merger between the intangible and tangible heritage, as it draws inspiration from the philosophy of tahtib and the nature of the surrounding environment in the Golden Triangle region of Upper Egypt.
