As an answer to this questions was created the concept of the farm- eco-free concept, hoped to become a landmark for Ghana, and also help to renew the image of the farms.

The agriculture are vital to the life of the city, and a cultural/ innovation center ‘has the potential to reinvent and regenerate its sense of place’.

The idea behind the architectural design resemble the landscape and traditional houses of the Ghana, the round form in the plan was used as main form of the roofs, adding the wooden lovers that remind the palm leaves, as exterior walls- natural material- in our case, ventilated facade ISOPAN ADDWIND ARKWALL IN-ROCK, and roof -ISOPAN GREENROOF from MANNI GROUP.

The focal point of the concept are the large roofs that overhang the buildings. Together the roof and  wooden louvers help to regulate the light and temperatures during the day.

The landscaping was defined by a series of curved grass strips connecting in this way surroundings with the intervention area. If usually we plant decorative grass, this time we used the existing one as key-point of the design, and removed only that area of the grass we don’t need according to the design.
