ABOUT

The site is located in a picturesque place overlooking the river "Istra".The main premises of the house are oriented towards the river.The relief  of  the  site  contributed  to  the  placement  of  the basement, while maintaining the geometry of a two-story residence.The clean geometry of the faсades is accentuated by solid white frames highlighting the volumes of the first and second levels.

FACADES

Facades solutions of  the  first  level  -  the  use  of  dark  fiber  cement  panels in combination with panoramic glazing.This  solution  allows  you to make the effect of  a levitating  second  floor  from a wooden planken

and panoramic glazing. The clean geometry of the house is easy to read thanks to the white frames

that combine large volumes into one whole.
