Technopark is a space of intellectual courage provided with high-tech equipment and aimed at developing, testing and implementing innovative technologies and ideas.
MASTERPLAN
It is located in an actively changing district of Moscow: former industrial areas are being built up with housing and social facilities. Technopark is intended to become a place of attraction in the renewed infrastructure of the neighbourhood.
We imagined the existing buildings of the technopark as an image of one of the world's most popular microcontrollers, Arduino, to which various devices are connected, from motion and temperature sensors to mechanisms such as gearboxes and servo drives. By reinterpreting this image, we believe that the territory of the renewed technopark will become a kind of microcontroller of district significance, to which all neighbouring territories will be connected for interaction and cooperation.

ARCHITECTURE
We identified three main principles:- Transparency. The use of large-format stained glass panels to immerse in the atmosphere of the production process.- Industriality. The use of open structures that emphasise the typology of production facilities.- Elegance. The rounded corners of the forms of the new knowledge-intensive production buildings refer to futuristic images of the future.
The new buildings of the technopark with innovative, knowledge-intensive production reflect the technological character of the exterior. The facades meet the 'green standard' for energy efficiency. Placement of automated blinds on the facades, which are controlled by the building's temperature control system, will allow to save internal resources and maintain an optimal temperature regime in the office spaces. The main mission was to create a bright and futuristic image of the technopark that would reflect the aspiration for a great technological future.

The architectural solutions of the facades have strict horizontal sections and large-format glazing, behind which the working spaces glow, which refers to the image of three burning light-emitting diodes, showing that the production process is at work.
All structural elements including stair and lift units, steel columns, stiffeners and diaphragms are placed on the facade to emphasise the production typology.
