FINAL MASTERPLAN

Residential areas are formed by tower and sectional type houses. Number of storeys from 12 to 30 is caused by the necessity of normative insolation in the existing five-storey buildings and height restrictions of the 4th subzone of the airport area. The houses are offset so as to exclude the appearance of flats with a view into the windows of the neighbouring houses. At the same time the general configuration of the layout is situated outside the sanitary protection zone from the railway. A single storey underground car park is formed under each residential plot.
