The client direction was to build a “Unique, Luxurious, and Trendybuilding on one of the key locations in Jeddah: King Abdul-Aziz Road”.

Cost efficiency was a deciding factor in the project, sothe main approach was to split the building into 2 parts:

1- The Office Spaces: White and Clean as a Floating curve.

2- Trendy Podium: surrounded with an arcade to create an engaging and memorable experience.
