Warehouse Loft Conversion

An empty top floor warehouse area was converted into a two-level flat. A timber structure in the middle now supports the new roof structure while incorporating the staircase, storage space, and the main bathroom area. All the habitable areas are arranged perimetrically around this timber structure:

A sitting/reading area,

dining and kitchen area,

living/tv area, bedroom area,

and a desk area.

On the top level there is a second bedroom with open views to the lower level and a big central skylight. There is also a bathtub relaxing area.
