Forte Group is a global full-spectrum software development company delivering outstanding digital solutions. Since it is a technology and software company, coding language stands out as a design element in every corner of the office, starting from the entrance areas. The new spaces have been designed following the principles of a strategic design that looks to the people well-being who daily use the offices. ​​​​​​​

The heart of Forte Group office is a multifunctional welcoming area, featuring flexible sitting, flip-top desks, a multi-purpose stair, designed as an area where both employees and visitors can socialize and work informally at the same time. The designs are aesthetic for Forte Group tales inspiration from its Chicago setting - a city bar, metal barstools, and colored pendant lighting. Through warm and tactile material choices, the space creates a homely look-and-feel to encourage staff to socialize both during and after work hours.

Straight of the entrance area, there is a transition to the open office area with informal meeting/work areas. With its human-centered design approach and the needs-oriented zoning, the headquarters provides a diverse work environment. The separators between the workstations consist of custom-designed storage for plants. These storages are also designed as acoustic and visual barriers for comfort working.

The color scheme is inspired by Forte Group’s corporate identity, blue tones and complementary colors like orange, green, gray, etc. use to have balance in the whole space. Custom-designed acoustic lighting was used to provide sound insulation in the open office area. In some areas, ceiling acoustic baffles were preferred.

In general, the design concept wants to create a mood capable of returning an idea of “home” with the aim of putting people at ease. In fact, numerous studies confirm that a positive and motivational atmosphere leads people to be more efficient, not only because they feel more stimulated, but also because they develop a greater sense of belonging to corporate values.
