La Quinta, California is preparing to welcome The Centre, a new residential and hotel development project. The La Quinta City Council approved a proposal on July 3 to build a housing community and hotel along La Quinta's Highway 111 corridor. Shopoff Realty Investments, a real estate investment firm, aims to bring 131 contemporary, desert-styled single-family detached units, including single-level and two-story homes ranging from 1,502 to 2,390 square feet, with three to four bedrooms.

The project, located at the southeast corner of Auto Center Drive and Adams Street, features private and walkable streets, small parks, a dog walk, bocce courts, and a community center. It aligns with the city's vision for mixed-use development along Highway 111.

Our main objective was to create visualizations of the complex and design interiors that complemented the architectural style, which is a fusion of Spanish-style and American-style houses. The property has calm natural colors and materials, and we created interiors that appeal to the middle-class buyer.
