The apartment is located in the center of Dnipro city in a renovated historical building and has an area of ​​only 36 sq.m. Such buildings have their own advantages, such as grand 3.2-meter ceilings for example. The architects had a tricky task: to design a living room, dining room, kitchen, bedroom, wardrobe and bathroom, to provide enough space for storing things. The design turned out to be simple and concise: the open space begins immediately at the entrance, which then flows into the private rooms. A wardrobe, a bathroom with a laundry room are combined into one separate block with a height of 2.6 meters, which forms a separate volume. This solution made it possible to free up additional space for storage on the roof and also add more air to a small space.The color scheme of the apartment is restrained - decorative plaster on the walls, microcement on the floor and ceiling - in one shade, which is harmoniously combined with oak veneered panels.
