[الطين المجبول || COB ]

The COB technique is one of the oldest construction techniques.. It was also present in most human civilizations.. It is one of the simplest techniques known to mankind.. If its advantages revolve around the absence of tools, mechanisms, nor a structure to support it, nor any molds to cast its blocks. If soil is available, and the hands eager to build, the construction will be quick, and the building will be solid, coherent, and resistant to climate changes.This technique has a large area of ​​art and creativity .. as it is possible to sculpt and mold in it, which enables us to build curved walls of various shapes, resulting in an organic architecture.

الطين المجبول ويطلق عليه في بلاد وادي النيل اسم "الجالوص" لكني لم أصل لمعنى أو تعريف لهذه الكلمةتقنية الطين المجبول من أقدم تقنيات البناء .. كما أنها كانت حاضرة في معظم الحضارات الإنسانية.. فهي من أبسط التقنيات التي عرفتها البشرية .. إذا أن ميزاتها تتمحور في عدم حاجتها إلى أدوات ولا آليات ولا لهيكل يدعمها .. ولا أي قوالب لصب لبناتها .. فأذا ما توفر التراب .. والأيدي المُتلهفة للبناء سيكون التشييد سريعا والبناء متيناً متماسكاً و مقاوماً لتغيرات المناخ ..هذه التقنية فيها مساحة كبيرة من الفن والإبداع ..إذ يمكن النحت والتشكيل فيها مما يمكننا من بناء جدران منحنية ذات أشكالاً متنوعة فينتج عنها عمارة عضوية .
