// studio 03a - multifamily housing - Practical education takes place in the studio, where in direct work on a particular location, a multifamily residential building is designed. This urban oasis in the city centre exudes it’s greenery, both on the facade and in the immediate surroundings, which makes the space more attractive. Creating a pleasant environment that will benefit not only residents, but also visitors to restaurant and gallery located on the ground floor, is what the main goal of the project is. With its unusual shape and monumentality, the building captures the eyes of passers-by and invites them to enjoy it.
