企查查总部办公楼丨中国苏州丨中衡设计集团

作为苏州工业园区的独角兽企业，企查查非常关注其总部大楼的建筑形象与建设标准。2019 年底，他们决定与同在工业园区的中衡设计联手打造一栋独特且优雅的办公楼作为自己的新家，而今这座大楼已在 2023 年的秋天竣工。

As a unicorn enterprise in Suzhou Industrial Park, Qichacha places great importance on the architectural image and construction standards of its headquarters building. At the end of 2019, they decided to collaborate with Arts group company, also based in the industrial park, to create a unique and elegant office building as their new home. This building has now been completed in the autumn of 2023.

项目地处独墅湖高教区，高校与高科技企业林立的文化与产业高地。这块毗邻东方大道北侧城市景观带的用地正位于这片科技与人文交织而成的沃土之间。

The project is located in the Dushu Lake Higher Education Zone, which is a cultural and industrial hub filled with universities and high-tech enterprises. This place, adjacent to the urban landscape belt along the northern side of Dongfang Avenue, is situated in the fertile ground where technology and culture intertwine.

建筑主体呈“L”型布局，高层部分置于北侧，以避免与南向的同程大厦过于接近而影响视线与采光。东南角地块整体放开，成为办公楼边一片难得的静谧公园。

The main structure of the building features an “L” shaped layout, with the high-rise portion positioned on the northern side to avoid being too close to the south-facing Tongcheng Building, which could affect visibility and natural light. The southeastern corner of the site is left open, creating a rare tranquil park beside the office building.

建筑功能清晰地分为三个段落，裙房部分以接待、会议及员工活动为主。四层布置餐厅，同时利用活动场馆的屋面作为花园，充分拓展了用餐空间的范围与功能，户外演讲、茶话会、屋顶鸡尾酒会都成为可能。

高层部分的两个体块分别布置了两组办公单元，为企查查不同的工作团队提供相对独立的办公空间。两组单元在平面空间上的些许错位使得整个建筑更具有辨识度与趣味性，在功能与形式上也形成了一种默契。

The building is divided into three sections, corresponding to different functions. The podium section is mainly used for reception, meetings, and staff activities. The canteen is located on the fourth floor, while the roof is utilized as a garden, significantly expanding the range and functionality of dining spaces. Outdoor speeches, tea parties, and rooftop cocktail parties are all made possible.

The high-rise section consists of two blocks, each housing two sets of office units, providing relatively independent office spaces for different work teams at QiChaCha. The slight displacement of the two sets of units in the plan creates a distinctive and interesting form, establishing a tacit understanding between functionality and form.

对细节的把控主要体现在造型背后一些不同寻常的数字，4.5m 的层高大于大部分办公建筑，入驻的软件工程师们未来很容易感受到这种更为宽敞的空间带来的不同体验。1680mm 面宽的玻璃幕分隔单元也大于常规的办公建筑。“更舒适的视野或许可以与人们的思维产生有趣的共鸣”，设计师们曾经这样“推销”他们的幕墙建议，而正是这一组组看起来平平无奇的玻璃已成为众多项目参与者共同的“难忘回忆”。由于疫情期间种种的困难环境，几个月的反复选样令大家身心俱疲，但最终建设团队还是坚持着等待到了最适合这栋建筑气质的玻璃色彩。

The attention to detail is primarily reflected in dimensions behind the design. The 4.5-meter floor height is higher than most office buildings, providing software engineers with a more spacious space for a different experience in the future. The 1680mm-wide glass curtain wall units are also larger than those in conventional office buildings. “A more comfortable view may resonate interestingly with people’s thoughts,” the designers once “promoted” their curtain wall suggestions in this way, and this seemingly ordinary group of glass has become a “memorable memory” shared by many project participants. Due to various difficult circumstances during the epidemic, several months of repeated sampling left everyone physically and mentally exhausted, but the construction team persevered and finally waited for the glass color that best suited the building’s temperament.

在一连串理性的数字之外，业主同样希望与人亲近的空间能够尽可能展现出关怀与温度。施工过程中不断对细部构造、景观节点、内装质感等要素进行权衡与优化，力争使整栋建筑里每个微妙的空间都能展现出精美细腻的表情。

Beyond a series of rational numbers, the owner also hopes that spaces designed for human interaction can demonstrate care as much as possible. Throughout the construction process, constant consideration and optimization were given to details such as structural elements, landscape nodes, interior textures, aiming to ensure that every subtle space in the entire building can exhibit exquisite and delicate expressions.

企查查还非常关注员工的工间闲暇时光与业余生活。咖啡厅、图书馆、健身中心、瑜伽室等活动场馆在方案构思时期便被要求配置于楼宇之中，这在总体建筑面积并不算大的前提下显得难能可贵。

QiChaCha also pays great attention to employees’ leisure time and recreational activities. Facilities such as cafes, libraries, fitness centers, and yoga rooms were required to be integrated into the building during the design phase, which is particularly commendable given the overall building size is not large.

“如音乐家指间美妙的城市音符，如雕塑家手中凝固的艺术之美。”这是在设计之初业主与设计团队共同的愿景。而今，企查查总部办公楼已由图纸变为现实，在高楼林立的独墅湖高教区展现着自己独特的气质与内涵。

“Like the beautiful city notes played by a musician’s fingertips, like the artistic beauty solidified in the hands of a sculptor.” This was the shared vision of the owner and the design team at the beginning of the design process. Today, QiChaCha’s headquarters office building has transformed from drawings into reality, showcasing its unique temperament and connotation in the bustling high-rise area of Dushu Lake Education District.
