生态环境保护与产业发展是互为助力的，商业综合体既是一个高效的商业办公基地，更应当是一个绿色生态的大花园，此次园区规划设计以强烈的共享花园为主旨，贯穿始终，打造出一个生态无界的商办住“绿谷”。

Ecological and environmental protection and industrial development are mutually reinforcing.The science Park is not only an efficient science and technology innovation base, but also a big green ecological garden. The planning and design of the park takes a strong shared garden as the theme, throughout, to create an ecological boundary of artificial intelligence "green valley".

项目旨在打造一处促进使用者的链接与交流、满足多元的客群需求、实现人与自然在精神上的契合、触及普遍的人群记忆的商业休闲场所。

Create a commercial and leisure place that promotes the connection and communication of users, meets the needs of diverse customer groups, realizes the spiritual fit between man and nature, and touches the universal memory of the crowd.

场地由于地势高差过大，马路周边环境嘈杂、入口展示界面辨识度低等诸多不利条件，设计过程巧妙利用不利条件变为有利条件。一、消除边界融入城市，形象展示窗口；二、入口雕塑装置，园区形象标志；三、林下聚场，，在森林般环境下敞开心扉。巧妙营造一处集商业、休闲、娱乐、办公于一体的综合体空间。

Due to the large difference in elevation of the site, the noisy environment around the road, and the low recognition of the entrance display interface, the design process cleverly used the unfavorable conditions to become favorable conditions. 1. Eliminate borders and integrate into the city, and display the image of the window; 2. Entrance sculpture installation, park image sign; 3. Gather in the forest, and open your heart in a forest-like environment. Cleverly create a complex space integrating business, leisure, entertainment and office.
