Reconstruction project of an old brick house into a new modernist architecture. Three basic colors are used: wine, white, anthracite. In the course of the work, it was proposed to insulate the current facade with plastering, replace the roof with the installation of a drainage system and replace the drainage system, trim the console of the entrance group, change window openings, add a terrace structure. The plinth is decorated with fired wood, the terrace is fired wood using Yakisugi (Shou Sugi Ban) technology. In the architecture, we played along with the color of the roof of the adjacent new building of the guest house, the existing arched windows are reflected in the new geometry of the terrace. The result is a fresh take on old casual architecture without style.The project is under construction.
