开场 / Opening

本案是一栋三层楼的别墅项目。设计时，我们没有刻意突出装饰与外在，而是更加强调内敛含蓄的生活美学。这次改造不仅满足了业主的生活需求，更营造出一种独特的氛围感，让生活回归本真呈现出平和与安宁。

This is a three story villa project. In the design, we did not deliberately highlight decoration and exterior, but emphasized a restrained and implicit aesthetic of life. This renovation not only meets the various living needs of the owners, but also creates a unique atmosphere, allowing life to return to its true essence and present peace and tranquility.

关于改造：

1.入口增加隔墙使入户更私密；

2.调整原本卫生间位置，将楼梯空间释放，扩大客厅面积；

3.北花园搭建钢构增加茶室空间；

Regarding the renovation:

1. Add a partition wall to the entrance to make it more private；

2. Adjust the original bathroom location, release the staircase space, and expand the living room area；

3. Building steel structures in North Garden to increase tea room space；

Entrance garden

入户庭院，我们用两种形式的墙体作为端景，采用了防腐木和水泥镂空砖两种不同材质，实现虚实结合，增加庭院的视觉层次以及私密性。

Entering the courtyard, we use two forms of walls as end views, using anti-corrosion wood and cement hollow bricks as two different materials to achieve a combination of reality and virtuality, increasing the visual level and privacy of the courtyard.

男业主是一位摩托车爱好者，我们在前院设置了一处可停放 3-4 辆摩托车的泊车区。小院地面以硬化为主，方便日后孩子活动及院子维护。

The male owner is a motorcycle enthusiast, and we have set up a parking area in the front yard that can accommodate 3-4 motorcycles. The ground of the small courtyard is mainly hardened to facilitate children’s activities and yard maintenance in the future.

∷Living Room

整体设计上我们希望营造出宁静与平和的氛围。坐在客厅里，可以欣赏到窗外的院落，令人心旷神怡。

We hope to create a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere in the overall design. Sitting in the living room, one can enjoy the courtyard outside the window, which is refreshing and relaxing.

整个公共空间采用了更为开放的布局，通过三个门洞的排列，使得每个功能区之间既独立又互相连接，形成洄游动线，整体氛围和谐统一。

The entire public space adopts a more open layout, with three door openings arranged to make each functional area both independent and interconnected, forming a migratory flow and creating a harmonious and unified overall atmosphere.

∷Dining Room

餐厅、西厨和中厨排列在一条动线上，前、后院的景观都能一览无余。我们希望屋主无论在哪里常坐的时候，都能与自然产生链接。

The restaurant, Western style kitchen, and Chinese style kitchen are arranged along the same flow line, providing a panoramic view of both the front and back yards. We hope that homeowners can establish a connection with nature no matter where they often sit.

通过中轴门的旋转，我们为男主人打造了一处独有的私密空间，我们希望在这个“世外桃源”中，为他创造出属于自己的舒适角落。

Through the rotation of the central axis door, we have created a unique and private space for the male protagonist. We hope to create a comfortable corner for him in this "paradise".

通过折叠玻璃门，将室内外相连，将自然“移”入室内空间，从视觉上创建出空间的层次感与仪式感。

By folding glass doors, indoor and outdoor spaces are connected, and nature is "moved" into the indoor space, creating a sense of hierarchy and ceremony in the space visually.

顶部增加了天窗设计，引入自然光线，增加光影的流动，留下关于时光的万般形态，演绎空间的故事感。

A skylight design has been added to the top, introducing natural light and increasing the flow of light and shadow, leaving a myriad of forms about time and interpreting the story of the space.

夜晚暗调的灯光为基调，朋友围坐小叙，享茶畅聊，追一场酣畅的球赛，独坐良宵时感受微醺的时光，亦或者只是在一个午后静静的听一场春雷、夏雨，处处透露着居家的那份闲适与惬意。

At night, the dim lighting is the main tone, and friends sit around to chat, enjoy tea and chat, and chase a lively ball game; Feeling the slightly tipsy moments while sitting alone for a good night; Or perhaps just listening quietly to a spring thunder or summer rain on an afternoon, revealing the leisurely and comfortable atmosphere of home.- 2F -

Readingcorner

二层空间为两个孩子的小天地，利用中厅为孩子们安置了宁静的阅读角。

The second floor space is a small world for two children, and a peaceful reading corner is set up for the children using a small central hall.

Children‘sroom

我们为两个男孩创造了属于二人各自的“秘密基地”，这片区域功能强大，彼此独立又共生，分别设置了独立的休息区、储物区、学习区等生活所需，一应俱全。

We have created a "secret base" for two boys, each with their own unique functions. This area is powerful, independent, and symbiotic, with separate rest areas, storage areas, study areas, and other living needs, fully equipped.

为了增加空间的趣味性及通透感，我们将中间作为隔断的衣柜开了一个圆洞，这也是兄弟俩商量后的决定，他们希望能有更多的互动。

In order to increase the fun and transparency of the space, we have opened a circular hole in the wardrobe that serves as a partition in the middle. This is also a decision made by the two brothers after discussion, hoping that they can have more interaction. ∷ Washroom

蓝色元素的融入也是他们的喜好之一，装了双台盆洗漱台，满足两人同时洗漱的需求，理性梳理空间秩序，赋予孩子无忧无虑的童年记忆。

The integration of blue elements is also one of their preferences. A double basin washbasin is installed to meet the needs of two people washing at the same time, rationally organizing the spatial order and giving children carefree childhood memories.

Washroom

三层是屋主的主卧套房，利用口袋门和隔墙，划分出了动静区，隔墙右侧为洗漱及衣帽区，隔墙左边则为卧室休息区。

The third floor is the master bedroom suite of the homeowner, which is divided into a dynamic and static area using pocket doors and partition walls. The right side of the partition wall is for washing and dressing, while the left side is for the bedroom rest area.

因为层高比较高，我们顺势做了斜屋顶，增加空间层次感，做了一定厚度的床头墙，舍弃了床头柜。

Due to the relatively high floor height, we took advantage of the situation and built a sloping roof to increase the sense of spatial hierarchy. We also added a certain thickness of headboard wall and abandoned the bedside table.

我们在卧室与楼梯间相连的墙体下方开了几个小方洞，嵌入玻璃砖，为楼梯间增加采光。

We have made several small square holes under the wall connecting the bedroom and staircase,embedded glass bricks,to increase lighting for the staircase.

尾声 / Epilong

我们认为，好的设计要经得起时间的考验，天然的材质与细腻的肌理为空间刻下时光的印记，营造雅致的氛围和静谧的空间表达。希望这套住宅顺应时间的流逝为居者带来岁月静好的美。

We believe that good design should withstand the test of time. Natural materials and delicate textures leave the imprint of time on the space, creating an elegant atmosphere and peaceful spatial expression. I hope this residence will bring the beauty of peaceful time to the residents as time passes.
