APARTMENT FOR A BIG FAMILY

The project was implemented for a large family. The founder of the architectural bureau Olesya Levkovich immediately understood all the wishes of the customer, because they are both mothers of many children, so they understood each other at a glance.

INSPIRATION

A space of coziness and development. It was necessary to create a place where the family could get together every evening and everyone could have their own individual space.

We completely changed the typical layout of the apartment - a long dark corridor connecting the rooms and the bathrooms on the horizon.

The first option was immediately agreed by the customers, because the apartment has a large bright front part with a dining room and a TV area and a private part with two bathrooms, a laundry room, a storage room for the children's belongings, a parent's bedroom and three children's rooms.

The clients really liked the idea of using Wassily Kandinsky's "Composition IV" as the "key" to the interior. A reproduction of the painting was placed in the focal point of the dining room: it gathers all the elements of the apartment into one volume.

The housekeepers have an opportunity to get together, if they want, and disperse to their rooms. The flooring is warm and parquet everywhere, and it is pleasant to run barefoot on it. And there is a separate room for sports.
