Project Year:2023
Category:Apartments
The main premise of the apartment was the industrial aesthetic adopted in all elements, uniting its characteristics and singularities, and marking the space and its use.
From the flooring in demolition wood, all the walls and ceilings in burnt cement, the electrical infrastructure in exposed conduits, furniture such as sofas, armchairs and poufs in leather, and the main feature - its large sliding door in corten steel - demarcate the spaces, but in a light and harmonious way, bringing unity and refinement.
The kitchen first fulfills its function and foremost, but in a very well distributed and designed way, to meet all the needs of the residents, and when necessary, it can be integrated with the living room, by opening the large sliding door in corten steel.
The entire apartment sought a unique, striking language that met the client's desire for a modern, cozy and rustic home.
