Teodelinesias es la pastelería de especialidad de Martina Sánchez Acosta, donde todo es producido artesanalmente y con materia prima de calidad. Nos hizo mucha ilusión que Marti nos convocara para el diseño y la implementación de su nuevo local en City Bell, un espacio amplio y con nuevos desafíos que permitiera acompañar el crecimiento de su negocio manteniendo la alegría y calidez de su proyecto. Nuestro equipo trabajó en el desarrollo de la propuesta cuidando los detalles de materialidad, color y texturas para lograr un entorno profesional que a la vez representara el espíritu divertido y ese olorcito a juego que rodea a Teo.Con el desafío de mantener la arquitectura clásica del lugar - una casa tipo chalet típica de la zona en la que se emplaza - y la incorporación del nuevo programa de necesidades, surgen los nuevos elementos de líneas puras en donde el color cobra protagonismo.Una gran mesada mostrador se lleva la mayor visual desde el ingreso, con materiales puros como el terrazo en la tapa y un frente en color verde que dialoga con la geometría imponente del techo interno también del mismo tono y en contraste con el color crema de la caja interna.El solado original del local, un porcelanato símil madera, se mantuvo aportando calidez al espacio. Apoyados en esta textura se planteó un gran elemento lumínico como cenefa área que recorre las líneas del mostrador brindando la contención necesaria en ese espacio.Con carpinterías molduradas de madera y vidrio se genera el cerramiento necesario para el sector público del área de producción, dejando así las visuales libres hacia ese sector. Con la idea de enmarcar las ventanas que dan al patio lateral se plantea un módulo de color azul generando un contraste entre el interior y la vegetación exterior.

Teodelinesias is the specialty pastry shop of Martina Sánchez Acosta, where everything is crafted by hand with high-quality ingredients. We were thrilled when Marti invited us to design and implement her new location in City Bell, a spacious space with new challenges that would allow us to support the growth of her business while maintaining the joy and warmth of her project. Our team worked on developing the proposal, paying attention to materiality, color, and textures to create a professional environment that also represented the fun spirit and delightful aroma that surrounds Teo.

Faced with the challenge of preserving the classic architecture of the location - a typical chalet-style house in the area where it is located - and incorporating the new program requirements, new elements with clean lines emerge, where color takes center stage.

A large counter extends the most visual impact from the entrance, featuring pure materials such as terrazzo on the top and a green front that engages with the imposing geometry of the internal ceiling, also in the same tone and contrasting with the cream color of the internal box.

The original flooring of the venue, a wood-like porcelain tile, was retained to add warmth to the space. Resting on this texture, a large lighting element was proposed as a cornice area that runs along the lines of the counter, providing the necessary containment in that space.

With molded wood and glass carpentry, the necessary enclosure for the public section of the production area is created, leaving the views open to that sector. With the idea of framing the windows that face the side patio, a blue module is proposed, creating a contrast between the interior and the outdoor vegetation.
