Apartment renovation

One room apartment, 27.07 sqm

Intervention:

- the blueish wall finish on the hallway was removed and was build a new hanger with shoe cabinets

- the old kitchen was turned into a small living room whit an extensible couch and cabinets for storage

- the floor finish has been removed from all spaces and replaced with parquet for dry floors such as the bedroom and the newly created living, and tiles for wet floors such as hallway, bathroom and the new tiny kitchen (for the tiles was chosen a warm color with woodlike texture to match the parquet

- tiles from bathroom were replaced, the pipes were hidden, the sanitary objects were replaced, and instead of bathtub a shower was installed so that there was enough room to fit a washing machine near and some storage

- the old living room was turned into a full time bedroom with wardrobes and a small desk
