Design and Structure

Rising to four stories on the west side and three stories on the east, The Harland respects the low-rise character of its neighborhood. The building features two distinct zones that enclose an inviting courtyard, providing light to residences from three sides. The undulating façade, adorned with custom bronze metal screens, enhances the aesthetic appeal while symbolizing the vibrant cultural energy of West Hollywood and Beverly Hills.

Offering an array of one, two, and three-bedroom flats, penthouses, and luxurious three-bedroom townhomes, The Harland accommodates various lifestyles. Ranging from 1,500 to 3,100 square feet (139 to 288 square meters), the residences boast spectacular views of Hollywood Hills and downtown Los Angeles.
