CONCRETE URBAN GETAWAY

This is a studio condo unit designed to be the client's man-cave. The home allows the owner to unwind and detach after a week of bright and stimulating work.

Concrete and black dominate the space to give the owner a sensation of sucked in and away for his hectic day job. Wood is used as an accent to break the coldness of the concrete.

The sleeping area and connecting TV walls are designed to feel like a pod, to give a sense of spatial separation without hard room dividers. The entire can feel like one huge space during the day and at night the room can be closed-off from the rest of the unit.
