The total investment of the project is 1 billion yuan, covering an area of 307 mu. New buildings include an automobile parts production workshop, office building, research and development building, warehouse, etc., with a total construction area of 195,000 square meters. The project will introduce new production lines for injection molding, compression molding, assembly, testing, and other processes. Once completed, the project will have an annual production capacity of 5 million automobile parts.

Injection molding process flow: mixing and feeding - mold debugging - injection molding - trimming and assembly - packaging. Vacuum forming process flow: PE sheet - feeding - vacuum forming - assembly - packaging. Compression molding process flow: PET felt - feeding - heating and compression molding - assembly - packaging.

Main equipment: injection molding machines, compression molding machines, vacuum forming machines, dust removal devices, etc.
