​​​​​​​We love working on the hotel interiors and I hope we can contribute our expertise to your residential projects too. Here are some images and thoughts in no particular order. Happy to provide any of these in full res, just let me know:

SINGLE FAMILY HOME -  this genre in the top tier of architectural rendering is rare. We frequently receive RFPs for 'one-off homes' and the numbers don't tend to work. As a large scale development though, the numbers are compelling. See image grid below for some residential interiors.

AMENITIES -  Im sure this will be a lead character in the sales literature, especially as you mentioned this is to be high density, low cost housing. In contrast to the domestic component, where the space should be devoid of people yet welcoming, populating these spaces with people can make them feel more alive. EXTERIORS AND MASTERPLANS - I believe in establishing an aesthetic for a complete project. Your renderings should be part of your brand. For that reason, I am going to suggest we do the exteriors of the buildings and the masterplan assets also. Not only does this bring aesthetic consistency, it also reduces overhead in the design process. Image grid below shows some residential and streetscape exteriors:

VR360 TOUR - rendering 360 degree panoramic images out of a completed 3d scene is not difficult. Building and hosting a 3d tour is not difficult either. As such, it becomes a very cost effective way of creating engaging and informative content. The tours are entirely image based, meaning they are platform agnostic and lightweight (they play on anything and dont need fast internet).

We can make tours interactive such ways as playing back video, adding user prompted sound, having a tour be scheduled and hosted by a real-life person (sales associate), changing out the finish options etc.

But the REAL power of a 3d tour is the analytics. We can track which people are looking at what content. We can generate leads. We can build a CMS for occupancy, availability, downloadable floor plans. Once the tour becomes the backbone of the web design, the whole thing takes on a new life:

This Segway's into another subject; film. The ultimate marketing asset for any project is a short film to showcase the development, location, provide social context, sell the development team and instill a vibe around the project. This requires a combination of location video, drone, motion graphics, sound design and CGI capabilities. We can provide this as a service.
