Global Culinary Center Project

It is an educational tourism project in the new Alamein city.

The land area is 40 acres.

Specialized in the hotel department, which is interested in cooking, which gives the students and the visitors a complete experience in food and various cooking methods through teaching kitchens.

It also includes the Department of Tourism and a large tourist hotel that hosts tourists and allows the Academy students to begin the training  program there.

Exhibitions show the history of cooking from all over the world and the development of the methods used in preparation.

The exhibitions are divided according to continents, the Asia exhibition, the Europe exhibition, and the Africa exhibition

It also includes a competition hall where an annual competition is held.

And a restaurant complex that includes many international restaurants as a means of cultural exchange through food, as in the Global Village in Dubai
