From an area of strategic importance, to a complex cultural landscape, Dobruja has a special role in the history of Romania and Bulgaria. One of the key places to this region is Cape Kaliakra.

For my research I have chosen Dan Brown as an imaginary owner. He is a widely known writer for themes like the tension between what can be seen and what is unseen, between materialism and spirituality and between science and religion. For this reason this mysterious space, inspired by Jorge Luis Borges’s literary work “The Babel Library”, fits him perfectly. The Babel Library describes an endless space, developed on a hexagonal tram and an infinite number of levels, representing the universe itself. Here are all the books and all their negation, all the answers to all questions, but it is not known exactly which shelf from which hall, the possibilities being infinite.
