The multi-level car park project was commissioned by the 'Stroitelny Trust' association and is situated in the under-construction Residential Complex 'NEWPITER' in Novoselie settlement, Leningrad region.The project, implemented in 2022, covers an area of over 8000 square metres and features a unique blend of modern architecture, visual lightness, and cost-effectiveness.The building's straight, geometric forms are a nod to the identity and monumental projects of Stroitelny Trust, and reference the developer's logo.Additionally, the building continues the outer line of development of the residential quarter and includes a community centre, a second multi-level car park, and a sports centre. Each project is designed in uniform light colours, and all four objects complement each other stylistically.The client's main task for the project was to develop the facade of a multi-level car park using a prefabricated reinforced concrete frame system.The project's priorities were ease of installation, uniqueness, and cost-effectiveness.
