引言

Introduction

人文烟火气息，是城市美学的一种表达，是人与人之间的情感互通。精致的市井烟火气，兼具人文情怀与审美追求，也是当下餐饮品牌发展的趋势所在。德轩·川湘邻里小馆是一家新概念的融合料理，如何让空间与品类相契合，打造出安逸的烟火气，是这次设计的重点。我们以质朴的设计语言，营造烟火隐于市的氛围，去叙述属于东方现代美学的餐饮空间。

The hustle and bustle of humanistic is an expression of urban aesthetics and emotional intercommunication between people. Exquisite hustle and bustle of city, with both humanistic feelings and aesthetic pursuits, is also the trend of the current development of restaurant brands. Déheen Dining Room is a new concept of fusion cuisine, how to make the space fit with the category and create a peaceful feelings is the focus of this design. We use simple design language to create an atmosphere of hustle and bustle hidden in the city, to narrate the dining space belonging to the oriental modern aesthetics.

以有形之物，打造无形之美

Create intangible beauty with tangible things

儒雅的东方气韵，惬意的当代美学，是我们为德轩·川湘邻里小馆定下的基调。在空间动线的设置上，我们建立了洄游动线，在联动整个空间的同时，又透出一种自由随性的感觉。我们在大厅中间设置了一个半开放式的包间，配合上洄游动线的设置，让食客在用餐高峰期时免于穿梭在繁忙的大厅，影响各自的用餐体验。灵活的布局，兼具通透感与私密性，既贴合内敛的东方审美，又契合明亮开放的当代美学。

The elegant oriental charm and cozy contemporary aesthetics are the tone we set for Déheen Dining Room. In the setting of the spatial dynamic line, we established a migratory dynamic line, which links the whole space and at the same time reveals a sense of freedom and spontaneity.

We set up a semi-open private room in the middle of the hall, together with the setup of the migratory dynamic line, so that diners can avoid traveling through the busy hall during the peak period, which will affect their own dining experience. The flexible layout, with its sense of transparency and privacy, is in keeping with both the introverted oriental aesthetics and the bright and open contemporary aesthetics.

传统东方建筑大多由柱、梁、拱等为形制去构筑，我们提取当中的部分元素，巧妙应用于空间设计中。空间以拱形与柱形为主要的体块关系，建构出错落的空间秩序。

Most of the traditional oriental buildings are constructed by columns, beams, arches, etc. We extracted some of these elements and skillfully applied them to the spatial design. The space takes the arches and columns as the main block relationship, constructing a staggered spatial order.

在大厅我们设计了三个圆柱形天花装置，并在其中一个里设置了天幕灯。橙色的圆形天幕灯仿佛一个巨幅的落日，空间的纵深感在光影中凸显出来。在入门处的墙面下，我们也布置了线形灯带，光线既能强调出墙面的纹理，也起到引导空间动线的作用。

In the lobby, we designed three cylindrical ceiling fixtures, and in one of them, we set up a canopy light. The orange circular canopy lights resemble a giant sunset, and the depth of the space is emphasized in the light. Under the wall at the entrance, we also arranged linear light strips, and the light can emphasize the texture of the wall and guide the movement of the space.

在材质的选取上，我们以素净的色彩、质朴的天然材质为主。石头、金属、木材等原始元素，给空间增添了层次和触感。空间的部分柱体与墙面颇具纹理感，这些粗糙的材质保留了原料的原始特质，与结构感强的空间相互呼应，营造出一种别样的松弛感。我们以东方美学装饰元素作为软装的主调，招财进宝的石狮、融于空间的挂画，搭配摩登的中古台灯、黄色皮革的沙发，避开过于繁琐的装饰，简单点缀空间。

In the selection of materials, we focus on plain colors and rustic natural materials. Stone, metal, wood and other primitive elements add layers and touch to the space. Some of the columns and walls in the space have a sense of texture, and these rough materials retain the original qualities of the raw materials, echoing the highly structured space and creating a different sense of relaxation. We use oriental aesthetic decorative elements as the main tone of the soft furnishings, stone lions to attract wealth and prosperity, wall paintings melting into the space, with modern antique table lamps, yellow leather sofas, avoiding overly cumbersome decorations, simple embellishment of the space.

体块堆叠，线性穿插，充满体量感的设计，增强了空间的视觉吸引力和焦点感。质朴的禅意，温润的质感，简约而富有层次，带来一种不被定义的视觉空间氛围。在塑造东方仪式美感的同时，也顾及了空间与人的关系，削弱了其中的距离感。简约有力的线条，勾勒出现代美学的轮廓，让空间沉浸在粗砺与精致并进的魅力之中。

Body blocks are stacked and linearly interspersed, full of volumetric design, enhancing the visual appeal and sense of focus of the space. Rustic Zen, warm texture, simplicity and layered, bringing an undefined visual space atmosphere. While shaping the beauty of oriental rituals, it also takes into account the relationship between the space and people, weakening the sense of distance in it. Simple and powerful lines outline the modern aesthetics, immersing the space in the charm of roughness and sophistication side by side.

表达 Expression

随着餐饮品牌的迭代发展，具有反差感的精品家常菜是大势所趋。精致的小馆风味，新概念的川湘菜，是德轩·川湘邻里小馆的亮点所在。他们对辣椒的运用得心应手，在调低为在地辣度的同时，也保留了传统的川湘风味。随意但不随便，用心去烹饪一道菜，松弛又自在，精致又粗旷，川湘菜多元的味觉层次与空间丰富的视觉层次相契合，让就餐更有代入感。

With the iterative development of restaurant brands, boutique home cooking with a sense of contrast is the trend. Sophisticated bistro flavors and new concepts of Sichuan and Hunan cuisine are the highlights of Déheen Dining Room. They use chili peppers with ease, toning down the spiciness while retaining the traditional Sichuan and Hunan flavors. Casual but not careless, cooking a dish with heart, relaxed and at ease, refined and rugged, the diversified taste levels of Sichuan and Hunan cuisine match with the rich visual levels of the space, making dining more immersive.

结语 Conclusion 我们以精致优雅的方式来处理空间，跳脱出传统的视觉属性，让当代美学与东方气韵在此碰撞，形成独特的视觉效果，寻找空间的更多可能性。川湘的鲜香滋味，在热气腾腾间流转于方寸的餐桌。让人们在繁忙的都市生活中找到一份宁静和温暖，让用餐空间变得更加富有层次与意义。

We approach the space with sophistication and elegance, jumping out of the traditional visual attributes, where contemporary aesthetics and oriental charm collide to form a unique visual effect, looking for more possibilities of the space. The fresh and aromatic flavors of Sichuan and Hunan flow through the square-inch table between the hot air. It allows people to find peace and warmth in the busy city life, and makes the dining space more layered and meaningful.
