This luxurious residence was designed by Toon Project and is located in the heart of Armenia, in the energetic and lively capital of Yerevan. This is a soon-to-be-built project whose interior aims to create a welcoming and exquisite atmosphere.

The combination of delicate colors in modern-minimalist style

The style of the home décor is modern-minimalist, and the interior is tastefully decorated with mainly white tones,accented with two colors: green and ochre. Besides these colors, the interior was incorporated with a combination of marble and wood, whose colors and textures spoke with each other in the kitchen and other areas of the home, forming a classic composition.

Décor elements

By taking into account the home's interior style, the space needed additional décor that would enhance its vibrant colors and other elements. The designer added a bas-relief made by Wall Deco in the dining area of the kitchen featuring an image of owls, whose design and the shade of ochre provided a warm and inviting ambiance.

Regarding the wall decor of the dining room, the panels' design was chosen in a classic style to exhibit a calming atmosphere and to match the white marbles.

The lighting

To highlight all the details and elements of the home's interior, the designer decided to place spot lights on the ceiling of every room to illuminate the space beautifully. Natural lighting also comes into play, giving a positive feel and a refulgent glow to the interior.

The materials used to create an eco-friendly environment

Valuing the meaning of environmentally friendly products and aiming to place them in the interior in a way that won't harm the health of the family that will occupy this home, the designer's choice for the material of the striped-patterned panels and bas-relief was a gypsum mixture.
