NHAM TAM TIEM II

Designing a venue for a joint exhibition of local food with the theme "NHAM TAM TIEM". By initiating ideas on how to sell food in markets such as Central Market, Orussey Market, and many other local food stallsWe set up a temporary market space using some materials, such as umbrellas, folding chairs, moving tables, food carts, and other materials, including plants.The design focused on the existing space, we observed the inflow and outflow of space, the layout of the floor, and the height of the plaza space, so we chose the umbrella or tent roof as an important element in the design of this event.Umbrellas or tents play an important role in reducing the height of the existing space, making consumers feel like they are in a food market.On the other hand, we have food labels and names for decorations as well. For the selection of ornamental plants as crops such as peppers, chives, lemongrass, mint, etc. These crops can be a mixture of foods sold in the program.All materials used in that event can be reinstalled in later events according to the space required by the event owner.
