Heading to the Southwest - Part I

Because of the current situation, like most of you, I don't get to travel and so I wanted to share something from the past.

It's a sad thing that we can't travel at the moment - but it´s beautiful to see how the earth can take a breath, in the true sense of the word. So please, be kind and stay at home. Like many landscape photographers before me and even more after me, I followed the call of the breathtaking landscapes of the American Southwest. I was a bit skeptical, is nature really that beautiful ? Are the people friendly ? After almost 2 months roadtrippin to the Southwest I am able to say - I do not regret this trip for a second. As I often mentioned, road trips are by far my favorite way to travel, just get in the car and turn it into a " camper".Minimalistic, effective and cheap :-) Rarely have I been able to spend the night so close to absolutely fantastic places as here.

And because in 2 months of travelling around, there will create a lot of pictures, so some more series of this trip will follow.
