With an interest in a simpler, back to basics lifestyle. Many today are increasingly interested in building and living a modern farmhouse lifestyle. Whether they are situated on a large parcel of land, live in a rural area or are located in a suburban neighborhood. This results in homes that are comfortable, inviting and durable. Which are built to last and provide shelter, warm rooms to gather in and large amounts of outdoor space where entertaining and relaxing are enjoyable.

To begin with, This farmhouse design carries a modern lifestyle but preserve the tradition of the family. Thus, Embodying the informality and charm of a country farm setting. The design is situated on agricultural lands and offered a good lifestyle and a place to relax, purposeful and with full of peace. A porch, large full height windows, and open layout is basic need of modern farmhouse.

On the other hand, Sweeping roof lines, functional design touches, and charming, rustic materials. All come together to create a warm, inviting energy. Similarly, We designed the floor plan having more spacious bedroom, kitchen, living room than common floor plan has. For example, the bedroom placed on the rear side with a view to the garden beyond. The living space may be traditionally oriented with formal rooms at the front and kitchen beyond. The kitchen is designed more spacious, so that the family can enjoy the togetherness around the cook.

Just like a traditional farmhouse the house consists of several elements. A narrow front house parallel to the street and a much larger barn behind it. Both volumes are internally connected and offer a rich variety of spaces, scales and views. As a result, the design is suitable for modern family living, while retaining the character of the historic structure.

Furthermore, pre-weathered zinc roof unites the brick and wooden structures. Fireplace emerge from the roof of the wooden building. While skylights are introduced to provide natural light into the brick building.

Landscape design blends into the original village structure without creating new boundary conditions.

Finally, the farm house design bring the warmth and simplicity which is portrait by natural touch and materials for the house. And all those closeness to the nature is hoped to lead the owners for a sanctuary. A place where it can give them the relaxation they need from the stressful world and its businesses.
