Hoya de Guadix is a city located in a natural valley on the Northern slope of Sierra Nevada, Spain. It is erected in a privileged enclave that was once the main crossroads of the paths of Eastern Andalusia marked by an old citadel in the center of the city where the intervention was placed. The proposed pavilion is sunken underground to create in interruption-free view of the citadel's square, and an underground tunnel was added to connect the amphitheater to the two sides of the city.

Hoya de Guadix ist eine Stadt in einem natürlichen Tal am Nordhang der Sierra Nevada in Spanien. Es wurde in einer privilegierten Enklave errichtet, die einst die Hauptkreuzung der Wege Ostandalusiens war, gekennzeichnet durch eine alte Zitadelle im Zentrum der Stadt, in der die Intervention stattfand. Der geplante Pavillon ist unterirdisch versenkt, um einen unterbrechungsfreien Blick auf den Zitadellenplatz zu schaffen, und ein unterirdischer Tunnel wurde hinzugefügt, um das Amphitheater mit den beiden Seiten der Stadt zu verbinden.
