剖离开建筑表层的繁琐修饰，还原建筑粗糙裸露的混泥土框架结构，由室内建筑的最内里质感来表达质拙的温度感和诚意，是这次设计想表现的核心。玻璃建筑外立面将裸露的混凝土框架包裹其中，空间的内外通透性使后厨的制作、烘烤过程、产品陈列一目了然。将产品始末完全袒露在顾客的目光之下是品牌对产品绝对的自信与诚意之处。品牌从原物谷料开始培育，再到生产加工以及现场烘烤，每个环节都用心的的管理，力求每一个产品的好品质。

By stripping away the superficial decorations of the building’s exterior and exposing the raw, unembellished concrete framework, the core concept of this design is to convey a sense of rustic charm and heartfelt sincerity through the innermost qualities of the interior architecture. The glass structure envelops the exposed concrete frame, offering a transparent view of the baking process from both inside and outside the space. The production, baking process, and product displays are all visible, reflecting the brand’s confidence and authenticity in its products. The brand’s meticulous management of every aspect, from cultivating raw ingredients to the production and processing, and on-site baking, ensures the high quality of each product.

清晨，当烘烤的麦香从烤房弥散到空间的每个角落，社区居民沿街道走过，也被溢出的香气吸引，走进店内买几块新鲜出炉的高品质面包，是社区商业该有的责任。

Early in the morning, as the aroma of freshly baked goods fills the air, community residents passing by are drawn in by the inviting scent. The responsibility of a community business is to provide fresh, premium quality bread for its customers, and this bakery accomplishes just that.
