希望每个稀光的房屋结构，都能被赋予光照和温暖。以光为指引，向空间内部探索，开放而连续的生活场景在这里依序展开。静与动、虚与实，每个空间，每条动线，都交出了与光相遇的完美答卷。运用不锈钢的坚硬、木材的温润、棉麻的柔软，温和色彩和光线介入，打造一个克制、柔美、静谧、纯净的居住空间。

It is hoped that every light-sparse housing structure can be endowed with light and warmth. Taking light as a guide, exploring towards the interior of the space, open and continuous living scenes unfold in sequence here. Static and dynamic, virtual and real, every space, every moving line, all deliver a perfect answer to the encounter with light. Using the hardness of stainless steel, the warmth of wood, the softness of cotton and linen, and the intervention of gentle colors and light, we create a restrained, soft, quiet and pure living space.

项目背景：房子在半年前改造过一次，但是不符合居住逻辑的改造和材料运用没有匹配主人的需求和喜好，居住者和空间无法建立连接，让主人难以适应，所以决定再次改造，给生活重建舒适。同时需要将业主要求保留的沙发、床、电器、空调设备等，合理的规划在空间中，也是设计过程中重要考量的部分。

Project Background: The house was remodeled about six months ago, but the remodeling and material use that does not match the logic of living did not match the owner’s needs and preferences, and the connection between the occupant and the space could not be established, making it difficult for the owner to adapt to it, so it was decided to remodel the house again to rebuild comfort to life. At the same time, the sofa, bed, electrical appliances and air-conditioning equipment that the owner requested to be retained should be reasonably planned in the space, which is also an important part of the design process.

因为老房的特殊性，多数承重墙体的限制，改造的重点放在了原本次卧、厨房以及通道的联动空间内，且处于低层空间，再加上隔断墙体的介入，更加压缩了原本有限的采光，并且墙体分割出的空间拥挤闭塞，缺乏连贯性，实用和舒适性无法实现。改造第一步打掉多余墙体，消除空间视觉遮挡，重新将需求和空间连接，用灵活方式和开阔的体块划分空间，空间节奏依次展开。

开放形式的书桌功能体块划分出了玄关和卧室两个功能区，又没有将空间完全阻隔，更适度地把握了居家的尺度感，同时可以让光更多地流动进空间。地面与家具体块结合，同时用不同材质做了区分，不同材质的使用更能凸显立体结构的变化，在结构中凸显结构，营造出轻盈干净且有层次变化的视觉感受。

透过开放体块，光呈现在不同角度折叠面上的明暗变化，干净有层次，是自然营造的装饰。

从玄关过道到客厅的视角，同样延续了体块和线条的穿插。为了更大限度的让空间呈现出轻盈的视觉效果，客厅的柜子运用悬挑的手法，承载了临时衣帽、梳妆、日常收纳等功能储物的需求。蜂巢帘过滤掉外界的杂质将光线柔和进空间，主人的爱好作为展示陈列在空间中。柜子结构与光线虚实变化构建出的静谧空间，色彩的加入更赋有生机。

将餐区与客厅合并，更大限度的释放厨房以及玄关联动空间，保证功能动线使用的舒适性。书桌体块的另一侧，承载了男主人办公娱乐的功能以及常用物品的收纳。

卧室通道视角下的餐区，USM 展示柜、伸缩壁灯、沙发等不同材质以及功能的碰撞，让空间的克制多了一些生活的热烈。

卧室承载着睡眠和储物功能，更改了床头朝向，化解了原本通道狭窄、视线拥堵的不便，并将视线终点移动到吸收光线的框景窗户上，让视线更具延续性。

将电器、水盆、台面结合墙体内凹形成的极窄区域与柜体连接成体块，实现厨房基本功能，同时承载器物陈列和咖啡角功能，不锈钢与马赛克瓷砖的碰撞，呈现出有规律、克制、纯粹的空间。

运用拉槽工艺做成的小砖与大砖呈现疏密的视觉效果，功能上形成干湿区域划分，同时淋浴尽量选用小型嵌入式花洒，减少视觉干扰，呈现干净的线条。
