The design of the boutique high-tech interior of the apartment is created in a combination of timeless materials such as stone, wood and Venetian plasters that create a sense of trust and tranquility and references to the "new" with state-of-the-art spatial solutions, lighting concepts, modern air conditioning, as well as a complex BMS system and other systems.

A symbiosis between materials and equipment of the highest class and quality and modern technologies for the implementation of construction activities and installations has been implemented throughout the implementation process. Very serious attention is paid to the sound insulation in the apartment itself, as well as to the neighboring properties.
