引言 Introduction 项目位于陕西榆林榆神工业区清水工业园,坐落于一片远离市区的荒漠之中,周边被工业园区所包围。设计意图将此打造为一座可以漫步其间的微城市,这里不仅是办公空间,更是供厂前区职工共享、交流、生活的场所,为生活在这里的使用者提供人文关怀。
The project is located in Qingshui Industrial Park, Yushen Industrial Zone, Yulin, Shaanxi Province, in a desert far away from the urban area and surrounded by industrial parks. The design intent is to create a micro-city where people can stroll around. This is not only an office space, but also a place for employees in the front area of the factory to share, communicate, and live, providing humanistic care for users living here.

生于厂区之间
Born in the factory area
项目用地被周边的工业建筑包围。我们希望厂前区的建筑能够与周边的工业建筑相协调,融入整个工业园。这种风格上的统一并非是简单地采用与周边工业建筑完全相同的建筑形式,而是力图使建筑符合人们对于工业建筑的心理预期,来实现建筑的融入。

The project land is surrounded by industrial buildings. We hope that the buildings in the front area of the factory can be coordinated with the surrounding industrial buildings and integrated into the entire industrial park. This style of unity is not simply adopting the same architectural form as the surrounding industrial buildings, but rather striving to make the building conform to people’s psychological expectations for industrial buildings, in order to achieve integration.

设计从建筑类型学的视角出发,通过从传统工业建筑中提取空间原型,再对这些空间原型进行重组,使新建的厂前区,在空间契合建筑功能需求的基础上,延续工业建筑的空间美学,传承工业文脉。

The design starts from the perspective of architectural typology, by extracting spatial archetypes from traditional industrial buildings and then reorganizing these archetypes, the newly built factory front area continues the spatial aesthetics of industrial buildings and inherits the industrial context, based on the spatial fit with the functional needs of the building.

空间提取与转译 Space extraction and translation
工业建筑在长期的发展历程中,已在人们心中形成一种约定俗成的象征符号,这些符号以空间、表皮、光影等表现形式展现。
Industrial architecture has formed a conventional symbol in people’s minds during its long-term development. These symbols are presented in the form of space, skin, light and shadow.

设计从传统的工业建筑中寻找空间原型,将厂区中常见的筒仓、拱形厂房、冷却塔、烟囱等要素抽象成简单几何形体,如圆柱体、连续拱形、椎体等。结合项目的空间需求,将这些形体语言与新建建筑相结合,重构契合工业气质的形式与空间,契合人们对于工业建筑的心理预期。
The design seeks spatial archetypes from traditional industrial architecture, abstracting common elements such as silos, arched factories, cooling towers, and chimneys in the factory area into simple geometric forms such as cylinders, continuous arches, and cones. Combining these forms with the spatial requirements of the project, these forms are combined with new buildings to reconstruct a form and space that fits the industrial temperament. It fits people’s psychological expectations for industrial architecture.

空间路径
Space path
室外主广场、大型庭院与各个楼的核心空间形成了连续的空间路径。主入口处的礼仪广场由三栋建筑围合而成,可用于组织大型仪式活动。西侧的塔作为视线指引,引导人们漫步至北侧区域。穿过东侧建筑之间的连廊,会来到由建筑围合成的小型广场,可以遮蔽风沙的微环境更加适于人们在此休憩交流。走过有天窗的办公楼走廊,感受“筒仓”顶部落下的天光,这些工业元素不仅是传统工业建筑的回忆,更是结合自然通风与采光,有效实现绿色节能的建筑空间。
The outdoor main square, large courtyard, and the core spaces of each building form a continuous spatial path. The ceremonial square at the main entrance is surrounded by three buildings, which can be used to organize large-scale ceremonial activities. The tower on the west side acts as a visual guide, guiding people to stroll to the north area. Walking through the corridor between the buildings on the east side, you will come to a small square surrounded by buildings, which can provide a microenvironment that is more suitable for people to rest and communicate in the shelter from wind and sand. Walking through the office building corridor with skylights, feeling the natural light falling from the top of the “silo”, these industrial elements are not only memories of traditional industrial architecture, but also effective green energy-saving architectural spaces that combine natural ventilation and lighting.

砌筑语言
Masonry language
设计采用红色复合混凝土砌块,既解决了现代建筑对于装饰、保温的需求,又延续了传统工业建筑的砌筑文化。利用砌块排列出不同的凸凹肌理,将原来场地中独特的沙丘形象,融入到建筑的砌筑语言之中。
The design uses red composite concrete blocks, which not only meets the needs of modern architecture for decoration and insulation, but also continues the masonry culture of traditional industrial architecture. Different convex and concave textures are arranged using blocks, integrating the unique sand dune image of the original site into the masonry language of the building.
