ABOUT THE PLAN 关于平面

委托人痛点：

1. 女委托人热爱烹饪，对餐厨空间有着极高的期待。她渴望拥有一个餐岛台，以优化烹饪流程，提升操作便捷性。然而，受限于原厨房与用餐空间的狭小，餐桌与岛台的设计难以并存，成为女委托人的一大困扰。

2. 客厅布局不合理，动线不流畅，把客厅的较好的视野浪费了，未能利用起来，同时也无法满足男委托人需要有单独喝茶的空间。

为此，王盈盈重新做了平面规划：

1. 把原本相对密闭的厨房改为开放式厨房，与餐厅紧密联系，合理布局，动线流畅；设置餐岛台一体，满足女委托人需求的同时，将厨房视觉进行延伸。

2. 结合房屋本身情况，改变客厅空间的布局，增加储物空间，靠窗设置单独的喝茶空间，把最好的视野景观让出来给到独立的茶空间，满足委托人每天使用的需求。

信任 Have confidence in

本案委托人经营着一家木作公司，也算和我们是同行，委托人有着较高的审美水平和设计要求，在找到我们之前，已找了其他设计师进行设计，但设计出来的效果始终不是委托人想要的。

In this case, the client runs a wood company, which is also a peer with us. The client has a high aesthetic level and design requirements. Before finding us, he has found other designers to design, but the effect of design is always not what the client wants.

王盈盈认为，私宅设计的成功，在于相互信任。在信任的基础上，相互认知、同频，在有限的时间里，获得更全面的有效信息，设计出最合适的解决方案。

We believe that the success of private home design lies in mutual trust. On the basis of trust, mutual recognition, the same frequency, in a limited time, to obtain more comprehensive and effective information, design the most appropriate solution.

自我表达 Self-expression

去客厅化不是说完全不要客厅，而是打破传统客厅“沙发+茶几+电视”的布局，赋予这个空间更多的可能性，更贴切地去满足委托人的爱好、习惯，以及和家人的相处方式。比如喜欢喝茶，就应该把茶桌设在观赏位置最好的 C 位；不需要天天看电视，那么就无需把电视机露出来，就不用设计电视墙。从主人的角度去审视“我”的需求，不用取悦任何人，有种我的房子我做主的果敢。

餐厅区域尤为具有委托人的个人审美及爱好，是彩色的，有机的。餐厨区域选择宝格丽黑的配色，利用条形岛台与圆形餐桌，通过穿插设计手法，让整体空间更加温和沉稳，三餐四季都值得被认真对待。女委托人愉悦地在此空间做着精致的糕点，一起同家人、朋友分享。

In particular, the restaurant area has the client’s personal aesthetic and preferences, which are colorful and organic. In the kitchen area, the color of rock plate Bulgari black is selected, and the strip island and round table are used. Through interweaving design techniques, the overall space is more gentle and calm. The three meals and four seasons are worthy of being taken seriously.

空间里搭配着艺术吊灯、挂画，呈现出开阔盎然的感觉。利用原建筑死角空间进行室内造景处理，增加空间层次。

The space is matched with art chandeliers and hanging paintings, showing an open and full feeling. The dead space of the original building is used for interior landscape treatment to increase the level of space.

独享空间 Exclusive space

主卧套房极简至上，同样以黑为底色，新旧融合的美学展现了可持续的自然现代感。舒适、放松的空间给予了委托人足够的包裹和安全感。

The master suite is a minimalist, similarly black, blend of old and new aesthetics that reflects a sustainable natural modernity. The comfortable and relaxing space gives the host enough wrapping and a sense of security.

考虑到了空间本身的过道宽度，我们就没有单独布置休闲椅，直接采用含躺的地方的床，这样委托人不想躺在床上的时候也有专门的地方可以躺。

Considering the width of the aisle of the space itself, we did not arrange a separate lounge chair, and directly used a bed with a place to lie, so that the client can have a special place to lie when he does not want to lie on the bed.
