规划解读绿量分析

策略 1、入口对景墙运用名贵树种点睛凸显项目价值，主轴空间通过树阵式种植打造仪式感，营造视觉震撼；

策略 2、廊架空间通过微地形塑造层次，通过组团种植，将廊架隐藏于绿化中，打造林下功能空间；

策略 3、园路穿插于林带中，道路种植压边打造，视线灭点形成组团，打造绿化夹道游园体验。

Planning interpretation green quantity analysis Strategy 1. The entrance uses precious tree species to highlight the project value on the landscape wall. ORIGIN

项目位于大连金州区黄海之滨小窑湾国际商务区，西接大窑湾保税港区，东临金石滩国家旅游度假区，北依广阔腹地，是通往东北地区的门户，是辽宁沿海经济开发战略的重要节点，是大连北进战略的核心区之一。

The project is located in Xiaoyaowan International Business District of Jinzhou District of Dalian, the shore of the Yellow Sea, with Dayaowan Bonded Port Area to the west, Jinshitan National Tourism Resort to the east, and vast hinterland to the north. It is the gateway to Northeast China, an important node of Liaoning coastal economic development strategy, and one of the core areas of Dalian’s northbound strategy.

「天圆地方 卧石禅」

道家认为，“天圆”，心性上要圆融才能通达；“地方”，处事上要严谨而能恪规。中国传统文化提倡“天人合一”，讲究师法自然。风水中推崇的“天圆地方”，就是对这种宇宙观的特殊注解。

Taoism believes that "heaven is round", and the mind must be mellow in order to be accessible; "Local", in doing things should be rigorous and adhere to rules. Traditional Chinese culture advocates "harmony between nature and man" and stresses learning from nature. The "round sky and place" advocated in Feng Shui is a special comment on this cosmological view.

归家的第一重尊贵仪式体验、安全守护的第一重防线。The first noble ritual experience of returning home, the first defense line of security protection.考虑业主的归家感受，增加社区入口仪式感，采用规整干净的种植手法，以及入口水景的设置，形成迎宾视觉焦点及形象展示，提供夜间引导。Taking into account the owner’s homecoming experience, the community entrance ceremony is enhanced, regular and clean planting techniques are adopted, and the water feature at the entrance is set up to form a visual focus and image display to welcome guests, and provide guidance at night.

「艺术长廊 礼仪轴线」

优雅艺术与自然礼序并重的归家礼仪轴线。通过阵列乔木的礼序感，以及观赏休憩下沉空间的打造，形成了独具特色的林境空间。

Elegant art and natural order of the home etiquette axis. Through the sense of order of the array trees and the creation of the sunken space for viewing and rest, a unique forest environment space is formed.

花漫云廊

HUAMAN CLOUD CORRIDOR

「社区婚礼 阳光漫游 自然氧吧」

通过廊架的打造，形成园区内的一个主要视点，并丰富园区内功能，结合消防打造花之廊架，增强园区的功能氛围感。

Through the creation of the corridor frame, a main viewpoint is formed in the park, and the functions of the park are enriched. The corridor frame of flowers is built in combination with fire protection, and the functional atmosphere of the park is enhanced.

FOREST HIDDEN FLOWER BORDER

「林下休憩 亲子花圃 静谧氧吧」

通过不规则折线形式，打造自然的林荫漫步道，提升绿量的同时，丰富场地的功能性。

Through the irregular line form, a natural tree-lined walkway is created to enhance the amount of green and enrich the functionality of the site.
