设计师希望打造一个滨湖都会度假社区，对传统社区与人居环境进行一次“升维”。通过营造滨湖静谧西式花园生活场景，让业主体验到酒店式的尊贵精致生活，满足业主对于高品质居住生活的构想。

We hope to create a lakeside urban vacation community and upgrade the traditional community and living environment. By creating a tranquil Western style garden living scene by the lakeside, homeowners can experience a luxurious and exquisite hotel style lifestyle, meeting their expectations for high-quality living.

项目位于临安滨湖新区，临青山湖西岸，西距临安城市中心仅1 公里。

滨湖新区既可以享受到城区成熟配套，又可以享受青山湖的生态景观资源，是融合行政、金融、居住为一体的未来城市新名片。

The project is located in Lin'an Binhu New District, on the west bank of Qingshan Lake, only 1 kilometer west of the city center of Lin'an.

Binhu New District not only offers access to mature urban facilities, but also to the ecological landscape resources of Qingshan Lake, making it a new business card for the future city that integrates administration, finance, and residential areas.

在泛会所大堂中，酒店式度假的高品质空间，给人们带来极致的日常度假感，当步入社区的那一刻起，度假氛围便由此展开，带来一场归家及度假的修身之旅。

In the lobby of the Pan Club, the high-quality space of hotel style vacation brings people the ultimate sense of daily vacation. From the moment they step into the community, the vacation atmosphere unfolds, bringing a journey of self-cultivation home and vacation.

蓝城的“海豚计划”，对于社区中一定要有泳池的坚守，虽然对于宅间距有限的本案有不小的挑战，但社区核心的一抹蓝色，仿佛让人们置身湖面，在这里与家人享受欢乐的水上亲子时光、精致的下午茶，亦或是静坐冥想放空自己，目之所及，心之所至皆是惬意。

The "Dolphin Plan" of Blue City insists on having a swimming pool in the community. Although it poses a significant challenge to the limited distance between houses in this case, the touch of blue at the core of the community seems to put people on the lake, where they can enjoy happy water parent-child time, exquisite afternoon tea, or sit quietly and meditate to relax themselves. Everywhere they see and their hearts go, they are all comfortable.

湖境泳池位于景观中心地带，与仪式入口的层叠水景相辅相成，给大朋友和小朋友们提供专属的戏水空间，为繁忙的生活营造精致的度假休闲体验。

层叠的水景“悬浮”于林下，水池交错迭起，虽与泳池相隔但又融为一体。树池错落有致，宛若漂浮的森林。

活力的蓝--橙配色、极简的几何构筑形式、丰富有趣的活动内容，用最简单的方式为孩子们打造一片属于自己的成长天地。在这里，孩子们可以放肆尽情地攀爬、跳跃、奔跑和闯关。

The vibrant blue orange color scheme, minimalist geometric construction form, and rich and interesting activity content create a unique growth world for children in the simplest way possible. Here, children can freely climb, jump, run, and pass levels.

将儿童区的功能延续，为更多年龄层的朋友们打造专属跑道及运动场地空间。铺装上延续活力的蓝橙配色，足不出户便能体验舒适的运动空间。

自然曲线的花池如浮岛般“漂浮”在草坪上，营造静谧的西式花园。人们可以经小径进入花境深处，亦可以在平台处休憩、观赏，体验酒店式的悠闲生活。

The naturally curved flower beds float like floating islands on the lawn, creating a tranquil Western style garden. People can enter the depths of the flower garden through the path, or relax and admire on the platform, experiencing a hotel style leisurely life.

入户空间，营造具有尊贵仪式感的归家感受的同时为居民提供更放松的等候洽谈空间。

The entrance space creates a sense of prestigious ceremony while providing residents with a more relaxed waiting and negotiation space.
