Founded in 2003, Ruitie Group, headquartered in Zhangjiagang City, Suzhou, Jiangsu Province, is a comprehensive enterprise engaged in the research, development, production and sales of sheet metal equipment. It is a subsidiary of Ruitie Machine Tools, which was established on 08 January 2019 and is located in Jiading District, Shanghai, China, and is a company engaged in the wholesale business. Ruitie will take "quality first, credit first, user first" as the purpose, to provide domestic and foreign customers with high quality products and perfect service.

「厂区入口区域采用有层次的叠积结构，堆叠的模块宛若身着西服的绅士，谦逊有礼地引导着来往的客人步入内部。同时每个层次的背后是与功能的结合，让附属用房既能拥有采光，又不影响入口的美观。」

The entrance area of the factory adopts a hierarchical stacked structure, and the stacked modules resemble a gentleman in a suit, humbly and courteously guiding guests into the interior. At the same time, there is a combination of functions behind each level, allowing light to enter the ancillary rooms without compromising the aesthetics of the entrance.

前厅去繁就简、营造开阔气派的震撼视觉。企业标志耀眼伫立，先声夺人。仿石材纹背景墙与灰色地板相得益彰。纯粗的用材与配色，简洁利落的灯光线条，现代简约，干净大气的面貌悉数在前厅呈现。

The vestibule has been simplified to create a striking vision of openness and grandeur, with the company logo standing out and making a statement. Faux stone-patterned back panel complements grey flooring. Pure raw materials and colours, clean and sharp lines of light, modern simplicity, clean and atmospheric are presented in the entrance hall.

在大厅一侧，设置了休闲等候区，皮革质感沙发点缀空间陈设的色彩，让空间更具人性化。简洁利落的直线条，营造自由与包容。通过不同材质之间的邂逅，平衡出无限舒适感。

On one side of the hall, a leisure waiting area has been created, with leather-textured sofas that complement the colours of the furnishings to make the space more humane, and marble to further enhance the sense of texture. Simple, sharp lines create freedom and tolerance. Balance infinite comfort through the meeting of different materials.

公共区域作为企业历史文化、品牌合作展示区，通过文字结合灯光的手法展现，简约大气。空间结合企业属性体验共生，创新的哲学美感融为一体，进一步勾勒出交错元素的层次感。

The public area serves as a showcase for the company’s history, culture and brand collaboration, presented through the technique of text combined with lighting, simple and atmospheric. The space combines corporate attributes to experience symbiosis and innovative philosophical aesthetics in one, further outlining the layering of interlocking elements.

入门大厅的旋转扶梯为本案设计的一大亮点，设计师为解决层高过高的问题，重新设计了夹层空间，极大增加空间利用率。拾级而上的阶梯，与柔和的曲线，在流动空间下异常契合。充满张力、循环往复的造型，赋予了无限及多元可能的诠释，表达出企业对美好以及永恒的憧憬，亦是作为区内工业企业和精密技术企业集聚的最好展现。

The rotary escalator in the entrance hall is one of the highlights of this project. The designer has redesigned the mezzanine to solve the problem of high ceilings, greatly increasing the use of space. The treads and soft curves of the lobby fit well into the flowing space. Full of tension, the cyclical form offers infinite and varied interpretations, expressing the company’s longing for beauty and eternity, as well as being the best expression of the concentration of industrial and precision technology companies in the area.

VIP 室以融合现代与中式的精髓。采用具有自然纹理透光水墨地板，增添空间深度，自然而又雅致。祛除繁琐配置和构造，墙体采用银灰色铝板，极具延伸感和灵活姿态。材质的碰撞彰显现代科技和典雅之美。The VIP room is designed to combine the essence of modern and Chinese style. The use of translucent ink flooring with a natural texture adds depth to the space, making it natural and elegant. To avoid cumbersome configurations and structures, the walls are made of silver grey aluminium panels that are highly stretchable and flexible. The juxtaposition of materials highlights the beauty of modern technology and elegance.

Creating a vibrant field of office space ConferenceRoom｜Public Office Area｜Individual Office

「二层与三层则是隆中的办公区，现代简约的风格，在开放、场景与互动办公的理念下，明确未来办公场景的空间机能，满足开放与封闭空间、个人与团体活动模式的自由切换，营造更为舒适放松的办公空间体验。」

「The second and third floors are the office area of Longzhong, with a modern and simple style. Under the concept of open, scenic and interactive office, it clarifies the spatial functions of the future office scene, meets the free switching of open and closed space, individual and group activity modes, and creates a more comfortable and relaxing office space experience.」▽ 简洁的线条勾勒出空间的块面秩序，让整个空间表现得干净和开敞，同时将自然光线引入室内，以此来引导室内光线层次的变化。在保证足够私密性的同时又兼顾着空间的开放与分享，将整体空间的功能打造得可变和丰富。

Simple lines outline the block order of the room, giving the whole space a clean and open feel, while allowing natural light to enter the room as a means of managing the changes in light levels in the room. The space is open and communal while providing sufficient privacy, making the overall function of the space variable and rich.

在员工办公区域，充分的开放和渗透取代封闭、紧凑的传统隔间，给予较多的空间容量，来容纳休闲、交流、会议、茶水等功能。相应的配套支撑，强化了办公的舒适度与便利性，以及设计的周全思考和对员工的细致关怀。

TIn the staff office area, total openness and penetration replace the closed and compact traditional cubicles, providing more space for functions such as leisure, communication, meetings, tea, etc. The corresponding support enhances the comfort and convenience of the office. The supporting structure reinforces the comfort and convenience of the office, as well as the thoughtfulness of the design and meticulous care for the staff.

对于私立办公室，设计师同样以简练的笔法描绘，清晰的线条和体块，温润的原木色与高级灰，塑造了一个极具质感的空间。

For the private office, the designer also depicts a concise brushstroke, with clear lines and blocks, warm log colours and premium grey shaping a highly textured space.

Individual Office

设计师对“食堂”的概念进行一次全新演绎。厂区需要的不止是一处食堂，更需要的是工作日常下的沉浸与放松。米色餐桌、白色格栅顶、明快的色彩在简练的线条交错中碰撞出自由的构想，营造井然有序的用餐环境。

The designers have reinterpreted the concept of a canteen. The factory needs not only a canteen, but also a place to relax and unwind during the working day. Beige dining tables, white grill tops and bright colours meet free ideas in the interplay of clean lines, creating a well-ordered dining environment.

在“德铁”办公楼的设计中，我们将自然与情感、生活于艺术注入其中，颠覆过往，焕发新生。从材料选择到装饰设计，精益求精，力求展现公司的品质格调与办公的高效氛围。通过合理、人性化空间布局，为员工提供了舒适宜人的工作氛围，以激发其工作激情和创造力，为公司实现长期发展目标提供有力支持。

In designing of the "Deratech" office building, we have incorporated nature and emotion, life and art, overturning the past and renewing the new life. From the choice of materials to the decorative design, we strive for excellence and strive to demonstrate the quality of the company and the efficient atmosphere of the office. Through a reasonable and humanised space layout, we provide a comfortable and pleasant working atmosphere for our employees to stimulate their passion and creativity, and provide strong support for the company to achieve its long-term development goals.
