FLY￠DESIGN⊙#澜#大道至简，极为节制却富有视觉语言的结构与居者进行交流，形态与思维相依偎，于小世界里寻获生活的慰藉。居者作为艺术工作者，对设计有着独到的见解与极高的审美，喜清爽简约的空间氛围，两层地下空间作为他的个人休闲空间及宴饮朋友所用，以大面积的白色为基底、精简的色彩与恰如其分的结构，绘筑出有张力、有松弛、有所思有所感的休闲放松居所，随处一角便是可停留放空之所，与居者气息一致，容纳所有的情绪，同灵魂共频。

The Great Way is simple, with a structure that is extremely restrained yet rich in visual language for communication with residents. Form and thinking are interdependent, finding comfort in life in the small world. As an artist, the resident has unique insights and high aesthetic standards in design. They enjoy a refreshing and simple spatial atmosphere. The two-story underground space is used as their personal leisure space and for entertaining friends. With a large area of white as the base, concise colors, and appropriate structure, they create a tense, relaxed, and thoughtful leisure residence. Every corner is a place to stay and relax, consistent with the resident’s atmosphere, accommodating all emotions, and resonating with the soul.

负二层/Negativesecondfloor 原是一层五米高的地下空间，分割为两层以开辟出更多的功能区和更为丰富的感官架构形体，部分做挑空处理以便自然光与空气更好地于室内流通，两层空间联系密切互动有致，秉持着大气的体态与建构性的体块手法，下笔恢弘而不失其雅韵，富有张力而又有所克制的设计语言投合居者审美，安静而丰富。具备机体的建构性美感，体块与功能结构的穿插、堆叠，恰到好处的艺术处理，不乏趣不张扬，简练精致的语言抵过千千万万的浩荡。

Originally a five meter high underground space, it was divided into two levels to create more functional areas and a richer sensory architecture. Some areas were hollowed out to facilitate better circulation of natural light and air indoors. The two levels of space are closely connected and interact with each other, adhering to an atmospheric form and constructive block techniques. The design language is grand yet elegant, with tension and restraint that meets the aesthetic preferences of residents, quiet and rich. Having the constructive beauty of the organism, the interweaving and stacking of body blocks and functional structures, the appropriate artistic processing, and the lack of exaggeration, concise and exquisite language can withstand the vastness of millions.

功能结构做艺术化处理，与室内融为一体的自然而然的设计为走向，增添空间的建构性美感而非止步于形式的堆砌。联通上下的交通构件以体感与视感进行双重演绎，一改前身的局促闭塞，体块的堆叠、结构的周转、大胆的勾勒兼顾细节的周到，其魅力不止于其楼梯本身，还影响着整层的空间关系。

The functional structure is artistically treated, and the natural design that integrates with the interior is taken as the direction, adding constructive beauty to the space rather than stopping at the stacking of forms. The transportation components that connect the upper and lower levels are interpreted through both physical and visual senses, breaking away from the cramped and closed nature of the predecessor. The stacking of blocks, the turnover of structures, and the bold delineation of details are considered thoughtful. Its charm is not only limited to the stairs themselves, but also affects the spatial relationships of the entire floor.

负二层/Negativesecondfloor 如果灵魂有底色，那定是纯粹的白，大面积的白搭配精简的配色，宁静、沉稳而又空灵、包罗万象，精神得以休憩放松的象牙塔。作为休闲聚会功用的地下空间，尽可能以自然采光打造闲适惬意之感，观影休闲区、岛台西厨区这些主要活动区域皆围绕采光井布置，最大程度地利用好有限的自然光源，增添绿植打造葱茏绿意，地下空间亦充溢着蓬勃的朝气、自然的神采。

If the soul has a base color, it must be pure white. Large areas of white paired with simplified color schemes create a serene, calm, yet ethereal, all-encompassing ivory tower where the spirit can rest and relax. As a leisure gathering space, the underground space is designed to create a relaxed and comfortable feeling with natural lighting as much as possible. The main activity areas such as the movie viewing and leisure area and the island west kitchen area are arranged around the lighting well, making the best use of limited natural light sources and adding green plants to create lush greenery. The underground space is also full of vitality and natural charm.

负二层/Negativesecondfloor 西厨区与观影休闲区呈双一字排布，亦围绕采光井而设。以建筑意识绘筑室内结构，来自于体块、几何之间的建构，衍生出的合乎秩序美感的视觉体系。纯净的白结合空间的塑造给予人的所感所思偏向于无尽，富足的精神性空间，治愈力便是其中一种功能。

The western kitchen area and the viewing and leisure area are arranged in a double straight line, and are also designed around the lighting well. Drawing indoor structures with architectural consciousness, derived from the construction between blocks and geometry, creates a visual system that conforms to the aesthetic order. The shaping of a pure white space gives people an endless sense of feeling and thinking, and a rich spiritual space, with healing power being one of its functions.

山河不足重，重在遇知己。朋友是生命的礼赞，在休闲空间专门为宴饮友人而规划一处西厨就餐区，约上好友可以一起烹饪逗趣。西厨所处视野极佳，无论朋友在哪个位置都能保持有效互动。同岛台结合以穿插形式生成的宽敞台面且有着宽裕的落座区，与空间适配的体量宴请一众友人也不在话下。

Mountains and rivers are not heavy enough, the key is to meet a close friend. Friends are a tribute to life. In the leisure space, a western kitchen dining area has been specially planned for entertaining friends. Invite friends to cook together and have fun. The Western Kitchen has an excellent view and can maintain effective interaction with friends no matter where they are. The spacious countertop generated by interweaving with the island platform has ample seating areas, making it easy to entertain a group of friends with a volume that matches the space.

如果说负二层容纳着日常生活的休闲娱乐、与朋友共处的欢快时光，负一便是与自我、与思维对话的静默式独处，主要作为居者的收藏展示以及冥想发呆、创作的功用。简练的语言、利落的体块、细部的斟酌直面内心的纯粹与丰盈，与空间的对话，何尝不是对自我的回应呢。

If the negative second layer accommodates leisure and entertainment in daily life, as well as joyful moments with friends, the negative first layer is a silent solitude that engages in dialogue with oneself and thoughts. It is mainly used as a collection and display for residents, as well as for meditation, daydreaming, and creative purposes. Concise language, sharp chunks, and meticulous consideration directly confront the purity and richness of the heart, and engage in dialogue with space. Isn’t this a response to oneself.
