The new corporate project by Conrado Ceravolo Arquitetos features a winter garden, a bar, and a relaxation area for employees.

Earlier this year, the architectural firm Conrado Ceravolo completed the new headquarters for Upload Venture, an investment and startup management office. Located in the heart of Jardim Paulistano, São Paulo, the space represents a harmonious fusion of modernity and comfort, with environments designed to stimulate networking and business development.

Upon entering the reception area, visitors are greeted by a spacious hub designed to foster relationships with potential clients, investors, and external guests. The main highlight is the bar, a catalyst for new business opportunities and the ideal place for happy hours, dinners, breakfasts, and internal events.

Organized across two floors, the headquarters includes private and group meeting rooms that encourage collaboration and efficiency among employees. The workstations were meticulously designed to maximize productivity.

On the terrace, a winter garden offers a serene retreat amidst the dynamism of the corporate environment. The space is designed for relaxation during work breaks, with hammocks and wooden benches available for resting.
