我常常思考,作为一个建筑师,我们应该赋予建筑怎样的姿态。美与夸张的设计表现方式,也不再是“好”建筑唯一的评判标准。当我们身处在这个到处充斥着光鲜亮丽、且“完美”的世界里,我总会感到一丝丝的恐慌。那种恐慌是源自一种未知的假象。这种假象同时也是一种狡猾的,隐秘的状态。在那些看似多样且光鲜的建筑姿态下,是一个又一个没有情绪、灵魂的空间皮囊。
I often think about what kind of gesture we should give to architecture as an architect. Beauty and exaggerated design expressions are no longer the only criteria for judging "good" architecture. When we are in this world full of bright and shiny, and "perfect", I always feel a little bit of panic. That panic is from an illusion of the unknown. This illusion is also a cunning, hidden state. Underneath the seemingly diverse and shiny architectural postures, there is a space without emotion and soul.
空间 & 使命
Space & Mission

建筑如果没有被赋予空间使命,严格意义上,我认为不能称之为建筑。所以,在构建祺兮展厅时,摆在我们面前的首要问题,是要如何打造出一个属于祺兮姿态和语境的展示空间?
Architecture if it is not given a spatial mission. Strictly speaking, I don’t think it can be called architecture. Therefore, the first question in front of us when building a showroom is how to create a display space that is part of the CHEECI posture and context.
祺兮虽是一家专注涂装定制的专业机构,但我们在构建空间时,不应只将关注点停留在不同涂装材质的基础表达之上。我想,答案肯定是否定的。于是,我们将视野挪回到涂料最真实的应用场景之中去。涂料,作为建筑肌肤的一部分,它将与建筑形成一种共生的关系。同时,也因其涂装材质的不同,亦将与不同的建筑空间组合成千变万化的建筑姿态。而不同的姿态,在不同的光影环境与再造装饰下,又将形成不一样的空间情绪。
Although CHEECIis a professional organization that focuses on custom painting. But when building a space, should we only focus on the basic expression of different painting materials? I think the answer is definitely no. So, we move our vision back to the most real application scenario of paint.
而我们,便是希望在这一小小的空间中,去尽可能地体现出涂料在不同环境下的真实状态。这种状态是真实的应用场景,亦是真实的空间情绪。We hope that in this small space, we can reflect the real state of paint in different environments as much as possible. This state is the real application scene, and also the real space emotion.

Scene & Integration

一个好的展厅,在满足好的体验和接待功能的前提下,如何将产品进行更为全面且有效的展示,并最终起到促进销售的目的,才是一个产品展示空间最好的诠释。
A good showroom, under the premise of meeting the good experience and reception function, how to carry out a more comprehensive and effective display of products. And ultimately to promote the purpose of sales. It is the best interpretation of a product display space.
那么真实的消费场景搭建,便是其最为直接有效的方式。产品,也不再只是被陈列出来的商品,而是与不同材质共建空间关系中的一部分。于是,其它常见的装饰材质也被赋予使命,引入至空间之中。
Then the real consumer scene is the most direct and effective way to build. Products are no longer just commodities on display. Instead, they are part of the relationship with different materials to build the space. Thus, other common decorative materials are also given the mission to be introduced into the space.
如果说涂料是建筑的肌肤,那么木作便是包裹住身体的衣物,承载着储藏功能与装饰的作用。所以一件好的衣物,除了能满足功能与装饰点缀以外,是否能与肌肤产生和谐且舒适的状态,便是我们对于其最好的评价。
If paint is the skin of the building. Then the woodwork is the clothing wrapped around the body, carrying the role of storage function and decoration. So a good piece of clothing, in addition to meeting the function and decorative embellishment, whether it can produce a harmonious and comfortable state with the skin, is our best evaluation of it.
于是,看似单一的涂料展厅,便与木作定制、灯光营造等其它装饰内容,产生着微妙且紧密的关系。木作也依托其自身优良的制作工艺,造型能力、以及质感语境的表达,帮助涂料在不同空间环境中呈现出不一样、且更为丰满的质感。
Thus, the seemingly single paint showroom has a subtle and close relationship with other decorative contents such as woodwork customization and lighting creation. The woodwork also relies on its own excellent production technology, modeling ability, and the expression of texture context. It helps paint present a different and fuller texture indifferent spatial environments.
而灯光氛围的打造,则是在空间情绪营造上的催化剂。灯光通过明暗、聚散、色彩等对比变化,又将同一空间中的涂料质感进一步优化。人们也能在不同的空间情绪氛围中,体验到更为丰富的质地感受。这无疑是最大化的将涂料在空间情绪营造上的作用与价值,直观且有效地展示在消费者的面前。
The creation of lighting atmosphere is a catalyst in creating the mood of the space. The light will further optimize the texture of paint in the same space through the contrast changes of light and dark, gathering and dispersion, color, etc. People can also experience a richer texture feeling in different spatial mood atmosphere. This is undoubtedly to maximize the role and value of paint in the creation of space mood. It is an intuitive and effective display in front of consumers.

所以,它既是一个合格的涂装商业展厅,亦是一个关于美好生活的范本,同时也是一个具备独立情绪的建筑。而正因为其有了属于自己的空间语境、建筑情绪,以及与使用者真实关联的空间诉求场景,它便成为了一个拥有生命力的载体。
Therefore, it is not only a qualified painting commercial showroom; it is also a model of good living; at the same time, it is also a building with independent emotion. And because it has its own spatial context, architectural mood, and spatial demand scenarios that are truly related to the users, it becomes a carrier with vitality.
