The Kopernika Estate in Tychy was a project that presented us with many challenges. This modern residential architecture is located in close proximity to post-Soviet prefabricated concrete blocks. This type of architecture is characterized by vast open spaces around high-rise buildings. At the same time, just beyond the line of nearby trees that shield the railway line, there is a view of the historic part of the city.
