01时光轮回新旧交替

BACKGROUND

1956 年南京火柴厂由私营首都火柴厂、私营太平火柴厂、公营金陵火柴厂和杨明火柴梗片厂合并创建而成。历时 60 年火柴生产经营的南京火柴厂在特定的时间与环境下完成它的历史使命，于 2000 年完成工业管理体制改革；2018 年南京火柴厂研发中心综合楼落成，位于南京市雨花西路，紧邻雨花台风景区，与夫子庙隔秦淮河相望。

In 1956, Nanjing Match Factory was established through the merger of several entities: the private Capital Match Factory, the private Taiping Match Factory, the public Jinling Match Factory, and Yangming Match Stick Factory. Over six decades, it played a significant role in match production before completing its mission and undergoing industrial management reform in 2000. In 2018, the Nanjing Match Factory R&D Center was completed on West Yuhua Road, Nanjing, near the Yuhuatai Scenic Area and overlooking the Confucius Temple across from the Qinhuai River.

在存量更新背景下，工业遗存作为见证工业历史、传递工业文化、记录城市印记、展现产业变迁的特色城市空间资源，是城市更新不可分割的有机组成部分。2023 年轻纺集团以南京市城市更新为契机，按照新工集团“3+3”产业布局、“6+1”园区打造模式，结合区域产业优势，与万谷企业管理集团有限公司共同将南京市雨花台区雨花西路 55 号“新工•数智健康产业园”打造以“数智医疗与数字健康”为主导产业的科创园区，该园区拟引进数字医疗软件研发、互联网医院、AI+医疗器械研发等相关优质企业，促进产业集聚集群，为南京市加快发展新质生产力贡献力量。

In the context of stock renewal, industrial heritage serves as a unique urban space resource that bears witness to industrial history, conveys industrial culture, records the city’s imprint, and showcases industrial transformation. It is an integral part of urban renewal.

In 2023, leveraging the opportunity of Nanjing’s urban renewal, Light Textile Group, in line with Xingong Group’s “3+3” industrial layout and the “6+1” park development model, combined regional industrial advantages to transform the site at 55 West Yuhua Road, Yuhuatai District, Nanjing, into the “Xingong Smart Health Industrial Park." This science and technology innovation park will focus on the “smart healthcare and digital health” industries and aims to attract high-quality enterprises, including those involved in digital medical software development, internet hospitals, and AI+ medical device research and development. The park will promote industry clustering, contributing to the accelerated development of new productive forces in Nanjing.

02建筑 ARCHITECTURE

园区总建筑面积约 2.5 万平方米，占地约 15.1 亩。主楼共 11 层，其中 1-4 层为裙楼，4 层设有精品联合办公空间，5-11 层为研发办公区，提供了从产业孵化器、加速器以及产业龙头聚集区等数智医疗产业全生命周期的产品。

The park covers a total building area of approximately 25,000 square meters and occupies around 15.1 mu (about 10,067 square meters). The main building has 11 floors, with floors 1-4 serving as the podium. The 4th floor features a boutique co-working space, while floors 5-11 are designated as R&D office areas. The park provides a full lifecycle of smart healthcare products, ranging from industry incubators and accelerators to zones for leading industry enterprises.

设计师将火柴的元素进行提取、组合，通过现代的手法进行重新演绎。原建筑裙楼黑色外墙的厚重感让这座建筑呈现出非常明显的封闭感，缺乏与城市环境的互动。

The designers extracted and combined match elements and reinterpreted them through modern methods. The original black facade of the skirt building gave the building a heavy, closed-off appearance, lacking interaction with the urban environment.

保留原始立面，通过轻量化的材料介入，圆头铝方通上下交叠的手法为大楼裙房增加现代化气息，以开放的姿态激发沿街面的商业活力。主楼的立面主要采用涂料结合灯光的改造手法，降低材料成本，力求在严格的成本控制下取得最佳的经济效益，实现了项目低本高效的改造目标。

By retaining the original facade and introducing lightweight materials, the overlapping round-headed aluminum square tubes added modern vibes to the skirt building, stimulating commercial vitality along the street with an open posture. The main building facade mainly uses a combination of paint and lighting design. This approach reduced material costs while achieving the best economic benefits under strict cost control, realizing the project’s low-cost, high-efficiency renovation target.

03景观

LANDSCAPE

景观部分新增休憩活动空间，同时借由文化墙作为记忆的载体，以重塑厂区工业记忆；白色体块不仅具有展示功能，还增加了空间的层次感和趣味性，成为了员工互动和展示创意的理想场所，从而提升整个园区的品质，使得建筑与自然协调共存。

The landscape section includes newly added recreational spaces. Cultural walls are used as carriers of memory to reshape the site’s industrial heritage. The white blocks not only serve a display function but also enhance the spatial depth and interest, making them ideal places for employee interaction and creativity. This elevates the overall quality of the park, allowing the architecture to coexist harmoniously with nature.

04 室内 INTERIOR

建筑南面办公入口为打破原建筑裙楼的封闭厚重感，采用大片落地窗与金属收边等细部处理，并选取金属铝板雨篷的轻盈感，自然延伸至入口接待大堂，模糊了边界，实现室内外空间的渗透。

To break the closed and heavy feeling of the original building podium, the office entrance on the south side of the building adopts large floor-to-ceiling windows with metal edging, and uses the metal aluminium canopy for lightness, which naturally extends to the entrance reception lobby, blurring the boundary and achieving the permeability of indoor and outdoor spaces.

波浪板造型线条柔和而且富有层次感的变化，营造出不一样的空间效果。

The wavy panels feature soft lines and layered variations, creating a distinctive spatial effect.

灵活的空间，就像一块具有自然调节能力的“海绵”，可以适应不同团队和工作流程的变化。可变性的设计可以帮助办公环境更好地适应未来的需求。

The flexible space functions like a "sponge," naturally adapting to changes in different teams and Workflows. The adaptable design helps the office environment better meet future needs.

4 层联合办公设有休息区和吧台等共享空间，我们希望这里除了办公和社交以外也为人们提供一些独处空间。

The 4th-floor leisure space includes a lounge area and a bar, designed to offer not only a place for work and socialization but also for moments of privacy.

在存量时代，城市需要找到自身发展活力，设计不仅仅着眼于塑造一处激动人心的新地标，更重要的是解决城市发展的活力。此次改造项目最大限度地利用了原有建筑结构，体现了可持续发展的理念。通过对现有资源的再利用，减少了建筑垃圾的产生，降低了对环境的影响。这种再生设计不仅节省了资源，还保留了历史建筑的独特魅力，为城市带来了新的活力。

In the era of stock renewal, cities must find ways to revitalize themselves, with industry remaining a key factor in driving urban economies. The design is not just about creating an exciting new landmark; more importantly, it addresses the challenge of sustaining urban vitality. This renovation project maximized the use of the existing building structure, reflecting a commitment to sustainable development. By repurposing existing resources, it minimized construction waste and reduced environmental impact. This regenerative design not only conserved resources but also preserved the unique charm of the historic architecture, bringing new energy to the city.
