The architectural project for the house, located in Joao Pinheiro, Minas Gerais, was designed to meet the needs of a family, elevating the concept of living by deeply understanding the physical, social, and urban context. The proposal seeks to translate these elements into a high-quality architecture that responds both to the local environment and contemporary aspirations.

One of the primary design principles is the separation between the house and the leisure area, maintaining both spaces connected as an integral residential complex. This layout offers the flexibility for potential future separation without compromising the architectural strength and coherence of the project.

The full extent of the plot is utilized by integrating the gardens and exterior spaces harmoniously, creating a symbiosis that enhances the design and generates a dynamic interaction between nature and architecture. This approach aims to elevate the spatial experience, offering a fluid and attractive connection between the indoors and outdoors.

The architectural identity of the project is defined by combining local elements of Minas Gerais architecture with contemporary influences from Mexican architecture. The result is an elegant and sober space, where luxury is not found in the richness of materials but in the quality of the spatial experience. Following the "less is more" principle, the design avoids excessive textures and finishes, focusing instead on a sophisticated yet simple aesthetic.

The space depicted in the images reflects an architectural approach that emphasizes harmonious integration with the natural environment and elegance in the simplicity of materials and forms. The design of the house focuses on functionality without sacrificing aesthetics, creating a fluid connection between the interior and the exterior.
